Got a complimentary room from the casino. We checked in after 2 am and were out the door by 6:30 am, so we weren't in the room long. We did, however, sleep pretty hard and woke up refreshed.

The room with king bed that included continental breakfast was nice! Clean and very comfortable,big screen tv. The complimentary breakfast was good with something for everyone, can’t complain it’s free! Only thing I wish was that there was a pool, you can use the skagit casino pool but found it too far of a walk in the late fall. Check in was friendly and fast. Front foyer was beautiful with a gorgeous brick fireplace! There is also a shuttle bus to the main casino, pick up was fast and very friendly driver!!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ridge with my cousin and her daughter. We asked if we were able to have a ground floor room with 2 queen beds and were given a very nice room with lots of space. They have a shuttle bus to the casino which was a big help. It's nice to not have to worry about drinking and driving . The shuttle runs about every 20 min. and until around 1:00 am. We were able to have the complimentary breakfast in the morning and it was just enough to fill the gap. I look forward to staying with them again if in the neighborhood and would recommend this hotel to others.

We were planning to stay at the Skagit Casino Resort, however, there was no vacancy. We ended up at the Skagit Ridge Hotel which was just only a short distance from the Resort. The room was fair sized. Nice bar type sink area off to the side of the room. Continental breakfast with your usual toast; waffles; cereals; fresh fruit (nice variety of berries; grapefruit; pineapple -- not just apples/oranges). The outside grounds were very nice, however, it was a bit wet outside on that day.

Nice place, but expensive. I took a smoking room because there were no nonsmoking rooms available. I had to keep my window open the whole time because of the cigarette stench. Pretty good free continental breakfast. Beware if you attempt to walk to the casino across the street. Although it's only a block, it doesn't seem safe for pedestrians. Couldn't the tribe have put in a sidewalk connecting the casino to this hotel?

Like the casino hotel it's very clean, modern and lovely and may get a little bit less traffic since it's several blocks away. Shuttle to casino may be something some consider an inconvenience but since I'm a light drinker I just drove my own vehicle there and back so didn't matter to me. As should be the case with ALL hotels these days, it has a digital/hi-def TV. ||Only negative was that the water pressure in the shower was simply too low. I understand the need to conserve, but people need a good flow as well. Please change your showerheads to allow for better water pressure!||I did not eat the AM continental breakfast but that's a bonus that the in casino hotel does not offer.

I started staying here over a decade ago and keeping coming back. Unfortunately, I don't have the free time I used to, but I try to visit once every two or three months for some me time, gambling and power shopping. That being said, the staff STILL know me on sight and call me by name, without looking it up. Today at check out, Irene and I wanted to go play at the casino and eat lunch, but I had a rather unexpectedly large electronic I'd won. It was really hot and if I'd left it in my car it would've been damaged, so the Ridge checked it for me, which they didn't have to do because I was no longer a guest. I deeply appreciate the extra mile these people go for me. All of them are 🌟, from the security guard who helped me find a pizza place that would deliver, to Casey who hunted me up the ONLY extra pillow anywhere, and of course the cleaning crew who look at me funny, but give me extra coffee pods because Irene can only function highly caffeinated. Thank you guys so much for all the extra care. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Employees are helpful and courteous. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable yet elegant. There is a nice variety to the continental breakfast. It was a very nice and satisfying stay. I would recommend it and I would stay there again

2nd time staying here this year. The employee at the front of the hotel is a very efficient young woman called Oriana. Both visits she was so very accommodating. This is such an important person to have on staff and she excels at her role.
The rooms are spacious,comfortable king bed, nice linens, fabulous towels, nice microwave, fridge and sink in the room.
The breakfast area overlooks a gorgeous outdoor courtyard and the included continental breakfast is good enough...not alot of variety but was clean and well presented.
We were shuttled for free to and from the Skagit Casino.
Really a solid 5 out of 5 experience.

Very nice quaint hotel with excellent staff and a fantastic Continental breakfast. Lots of food options, tons of coffee options and plenty of hot and cold breakfast items. The maids do not continually knock on your door and disturb you. They will only come if you request service which is perfect. They have shuttle service to the casino.

I was placed next to a housekeeping room, on first floor. The first night was ok, but the desk clerk who worked second night went in and out of that room all night, and the door is loud as it closes. Check-in clerk claimed it was the only room, even though there was only about 10 vehicles in the parking lot, and some of those had to be workers. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels- never dealt with this before..really bad placement of housekeeping door- but clerk has the option to close the door quietly, and the second night clerk(lady with a cane) didnt bother

Wouldnt take my visa cash app card for payment even though thats where my direct deposit goes from work ect. Makes no sense.
