I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Arizona for my friend's baby shower, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were outstanding—extremely attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating such a special occasion. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. You won't be disappointed!

What an amazing stay! Starting with Leon the valet. Super friendly and helpful. Front desk team (Andrew especially) was amazing and gave out little custom „wishing coins“ for the kids to toss in the fountain-they loved it. The bar team was amazing (Jeff, Alex, Zee and Danny/Daniel(?)), awesome cocktails and great service! Jayme, the manager, was so friendly and accommodating. She seemed to be everywhere at the same time 🙂
John by the pool may have been the friendliest server I’ve ever come across. My wife and her friend went to the spa and absolutely loved every second of their experience! The resort has the warmest pool (which is great because it was a little chilly out) and has a super cool lounge room where you can play pool and shuffle board and a giant golf simulator. And there’s a secret speak easy!!! We will be back! Perfect for adults and kids!

We will be coming back! 100%. Absolutely loved this hotel. So many extra special touches. We loved attending the Saturday morning yoga and all the food we had was so yummy and reasonably priced! My favorite was secret speak easy up stairs! Incredible martini! The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom had great lighting and I loved the green tiles and everything is the room has been recently remodeled! Very spacious and cozy!

My wife & I stayed at the The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton Dec 10-11, 2024. |Jacob at the front desk was incredibly nice, extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! |He made us feel very welcomed and made our anniversary trip very memorable. ||Jacob went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. |Every interaction was warm and welcoming. |He helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking, helped with billing issues & gave lots of great recommendations. |His first recomedation was to have dinner at La Fogata, where we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Antonio. |Antonio is another wonderful man who is funny, happy, and knowledgeable and provides phenomenal customer service. |We had an amazing meal topped off with Antonio's smile & laughter. ||We finished our evening in The Madam, where Zee made us all laugh, feel at home & had great recommendations in this incredible, intimate setting, even with the large convention going on. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at this lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people. ||Thank you very much for all your help, Jacob, Antonio & Zee!

The Scottsdale is an outstanding property. The renovation is amazing...magical. Touches of the old Spanish influence in a modern configuration. The rooms are large and service excellent. We particularly enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the garden. The resort amenities are outstanding including the state of the art exercise room and the UPS store on site. There is a little cafe on property...convenient, friendly service, nice straw hat offering (you need a hat!) but the pastries were sub-par. ||WE appreciated the outdoor entertainment and little dance floor with line-dancing and an Airstream refreshment cart. ||We highly recommend this iconic property.

Matthew at the front desk went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His personality, attitude and guest care level exceeted expectations. Well maintained and clean facility. Only reason 4 star for service, baby crib we requested was not delivered until the next morning. Otherwise great staff and great service. We will definitely be back.

Amazing resort tucked away in in beautiful McCormick Ranch. Josie at Barnaby's Cafe is so pleasant and makes a great Latte. Jacob at the Front Desk was so welcoming and provided us with fun resort sponsored activities. Room was spacious and tasteful southwestern decor. Outdoor movie was a fun experience with full service bar, fresh popcorn and made to order tacos was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and provided great service. Zee at the Madam speakeasy made us amazing cocktails to die for. Great place, cozy and you do feel like just number like the larger resorts in Scottsdale.

This place has so much potential. The amenities that the resort provides are very plentiful, from the pool areas to the on site dining locations. The hotel recently had a multi million dollar renovation. Where the resort falls short is in the management. Food takes a long time to arrive after the order is placed. Coffee is not included and we had to wait in line for twenty minutes just to buy a morning cup of coffee. ||If the hotel had better basic management and training of the waitstaff and bartenders it could be so much better
