We LOVED going here as we live not even 5 minutes away. Sadly today was a poor experience all around and we won't be coming back anymore due to this Poor manager.
The first picture shows the time we placed an order and the second when we received the refund as we never received my burger but my husband's meal came out.
I decided to wait and not say anything in case they are busy. Finally when I realized customers kept receiving food and leaving that's when I decided to go say something. Still being polite ,I kindly asked for my refund. The young cashier said she needed to get the manager as they are the only ones who can give out the refunds.
Not sure who the Manager was but she had brown hair and was rude and her words were to us, "Burgers take 15 minutes to cook".
We looked at her in disbelief as we placed our order at 5:07 pm and my husband's meal came at 5:25pm but Mine never came. Still being kind I was waiting till 5:48 pm . So please ,how do you have a nasty attitude with us when we didn't raise commotion or anything when I didn't receive my meal ( to which we should have given you the attitude not the other way around.)
I never had this problem at any place before. How can a manager make customer feel like we are nobody due to their mistake? Thank you for showing me that just because you are a manager and older ,you have no clue what Kindness means or what it takes to be a great manager.
Sad,how people forget to be kind to others these days. Thank you for the past great experiences but we won't be coming back here ever again.

Got a 1/2 pound barbq plate with 2 sides.
Brunswick stew and baked beans.
The sides were in little shot cups at almost 4.00 appease. Screew them give me back my money. WILL NOT BE BACK

Food is amazing when it’s right.

I cannot tell you how many times we get brown salad, missing ingredients, missing sauce, missing sides.

I want to give them 10 stars but it’s always hit or miss. So disappointing.

Food is great I can never decide between the ribs or and half chicken plates so gotta get them both and end up with lunch the next day. The coleslaw is really dry though that's all I've found here that sucks so far.

Did carry out. Pretty good bbq. Got one sandwich (huge) platter and one pulled pork platter. Got two meals out of that. Definitely will try again.

1/20t25 Local, low-key. Got carry-out. Pretty fast service even though I didn't call ahead. Enough for two meals. Picture shows 1-2 of what's left. Most chicken. Mustard potato salad. Fried okra was good. Very good.

I really enjoyed the food, I liked the Bees Knees BBQ sauce on the pulled pork. The employees seemed like they would have rather been literally anywhere else. The server who delivered our meal literally tossed the sour cream on our table as she was walking away. The sweet tea was great also!

The food was great even though my daughter and I came in and hour before closing...they also pointed me in the right direction to let me daughter see Christmas lights
