Royal Inn and Suites is a very nice hotel. It is a quaint, quiet, clean and lovely overnight location. It is easy to find right off the highway. The owner takes great care of you. He instantly upgraded our room with no extra charge. We had a very comfy, clean queen sized bed. Amenities were TV, microwave, small refrigerator. A work desk with modern lighting and lots of charging stations, and a comfy couch. The bathroom mirror was large with built in light for easy make-up application. All needs for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were met and nicely filled. Linen were well stocked and clean. The price was unbeatable and there was a free Continental breakfast with hot and cold items, waffle maker, etc included. The owner took care of us and was around to ensure everything was laid out to perfection. The decor was lovely, and contemporary throughout the hotel. Lovely colorful paintings, and gorgeous clean chandeliers draped in the lobby and eating area. We will definitely stay here again. You should try it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

After a day of sitting in a waiting lobby at Summa, the room was a great place to decompress and relax. Very clean hotel. Asked for a smoke free room and that is what we received. Also rec’d extra pillows. Friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great price for the overall value of the room. Would visit again.

I was here on business which I do frequently throughout the year in different parts of the country. This hotel was intolerable from beginning to end. The staff treats people of color as criminals. They enter your rooms without knocking, which has happened twice. They do not change the towels or the sheets, the bathrooms are FILTHY, and you have to practically beg them to clean the rooms. Do not stay here unless it's your only option as there are much nicer and friendlier places to stay nearby. Everyone from management to the incompetent staff is rude, disorganized, and not attending to the needs of the guest. Stay here at your own risk.

Staff did an outstanding job. We had to stop in a snowstorm with a horse trailer. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were good for the night.

The royal is one of the best places we've stayed while traveling. Friendly staff and owners. Clean rooms and maintained property.
We stayed in march and now in December till Jan 2025.
When we come this way we will always stay here. Safe and secure.

This is a solid option for the price point. This hotel has went through a major clean up and renovation. The rooms were clean, quiet and I felt safe and secure. I definitely got the felling that they will not tolerate any riff raff or "undesirables". Give it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I went there with my wife and the room was clean under the mattress of one bed there was basically a method lab than when we went to the front desk we were told he couldn't leave to go look we demanded another room we were told that that couldn't give us another room nor a refund. This place is a disgrace drug dealers drug addicts heaven

Friendly and helpful front desk. I believe the room has been renovated. Hardwood floor. Clean bed. The bathroom looks fine. Worth to recommend to other people.
