Basic rustic room, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, Kurig (who thinks this is good coffee) pot. ||Great base for exploring the shops and bars. Walking distance to town.||Leave the car, parking is terrible on Holiday weekends.||It is our base camp for the area!

I was so delighted to find this gem in Sedona. Penny is a wonderful host and the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with thick, soft towels and great shower/bath combo. The king size bed was so comfortable, I think it's the best sleep we've ever had and so quiet. The views are amazing and it was so nice to be able to park the car and walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in Sedona. Our first trip to that part of Arizona but I can definitely say I would love to return and spend more that a couple of days. So much to see and do. Thanks Penny for providing such a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Looking to spend a little less that at the expensive Sedona resorts, we found this cute boutique hotel really close to the main road going through town. We were so impressed with the views from the patio as well as all the finishing touches like a heater in the bathroom, extra large shower, Keurig with K-Cups and creamer in the mini-fridge. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Sedona!

I stumbled across this very private gem a few years back and stay here every time I visit Sedona. With only 3 suites, it books fast and people often stay for an extended period of time. The owners are very welcoming and treat you like family. Location is in walking distance to the uptown shops and restaurants. Perfect location and the views are beautiful. I recommend The Rooms Upstairs without any hesitation.

This was just perfect for my husband and I. The location couldn’t be better - a short block from all the action. No worries about parking or dealing with the construction and 8 million circles. Absolutely everything you need is in walking distance. Even being that close, it was dead quiet at night. As for sight seeing, everything seemed no more than 15 minutes away in any direction. So, like my caption says, it is truly the perfect location.||The room is a comfortable size for two. There was a wonderful king size bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. In addition, there’s a roomy bathroom with a huge shower. We had plenty of clean towels for our stay. They also provided soaps, shampoo/conditioners and lotions. I liked the extra heat fan you could turn on for the cooler mornings.||The kitchenette was well supplied with dishes, utensils, Kerrigan with k cups, microwave and mini fridge. It was everything we needed for our 3 night stay. ||The patio area is wonderful with breathtaking views. Lots of seating and tables to kick back and relax. They even have blankets you can use on the chilly nights.||Check in was a breeze with a coded lock box. We were even able to get in early - which is always appreciated when the timing of arrival is a bit off. Check out was just as easy. ||If we have any complaints, it’s that the internet was a tad slow, at times nonexistent. But, not sure if it’s the area or the provider (same one we have at home, so we totally understand).||I highly recommend The Rooms Upstairs!!

I was most fortunate to stumble across this place when searching for a nice place to spend 3 days of my honeymoon.||The price was excellent, as Sedona isn't a cheap place to stay.||As I booked this from the UK, the owner Kimberly was superb in helping me out via email answering all my questions I had.||One of the nicest touches was that because I was travelling all day to reach Sedona, I would have been checking in rather late. This wasn't a problem because the key is left in a secure coded lockbox for me to collect at my leisure, ||The room (King suite) was beautiful with stunning red rock views. A small kitchenette is included.||This is a perfect place for couples. It's nice and quiet, as there are only two rooms which are rented out, both sharing a nice patio area with bbq facilities.||Perfect location for Sedona, with shops and restaurants just minutes away.||I recommend here to everyone, I know where I'll be staying the next time I visit Sedona!

When my husband said we were staying above a business in Sedona I was a little leery BUT the place was great with beautiful views right outside our room. The room was clean and well equipped. Comfy bed and quiet. Great choice Honeymoon!

Very nice decor with exposed beams to bay window, comfy bed, perfect kitchenette, covered porch to relax in shady breeze after a long hike, and very close to downtown. Smelled clean and was very clean. Perfect for a couples escape.
