I was here to visit my Kenyon senior and see a theater performance on campus. My first observation was that Rogan House is exceptionally clean and well kept. The furnishings were just right…an excellent balance between historic charm and modern comfort. Its location near Kenyon College is ideal: just a short walk to campus, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful setting away from the bustle.
Communication from the host was timely and concise without being overbearing. I highly recommend Rogan House.

This was my third year staying at The Rogan House while visiting the area for a swim competition at Kenyon College and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cozy, the house is well appointed, the location is perfect, and communication from the owner is great. I hope to stay here again next year!

My family and I loved staying at the Rogan House for the 2024 Kenyon Graduation weekend. The B&B has tasteful and comfy furnishings and decor. We rented 3 beautiful, clean rooms, each with their own private baths. And we were spoiled by Jamie, the proprietor. She stocked the place with everything anyone would need and was very responsive to our questions. Being able to walk ~5 mins onto the Kenyon campus gave our family the flexibility to have our own schedules and avoid having to coordinate a time to all be in the car. We felt so lucky to have stayed there during graduation. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Rogan House, such a welcoming cozy classic home. Super comfy bed and immaculate well appointed rooms. Spacious rooms and common spaces make it easy to find the perfect spot to relax. Couldn’t be more convenient to Kenyon College, basically cross the street and you are at one end of Middle Path! We frequent the Gambier area because we have students at Kenyon. It’s tricky to find a place in the village, so we usually just stay in Mount Vernon, which we enjoy. However, we planned head for a night at the Rogan House, and we absolutely loved it.||Jamie is responsive and clear and had a self check in plan to us the day of our stay. This was perfect as our schedule|was pretty packed and we appreciated the flexibility on timing.||While sit down breakfast was not part of the stay, we fully availed ourselves of the ample snacks and baked goods, coffee and fruit that was tastefully presented and suited our timeline (and hunger!) ||Our room was just right- comfortable and quiet. We loved playing cards in the living room at the end of our day- admiring the excellent library and high ceilings of the common space.||Location is excellent- especially if your student lives at the farther end of campus, as most of the first years and seniors do.

Gorgeous historic house beautifully renovated. Situated just 1/2 mile from Gambier and Kenyon College. Lovely sitting room, office, and dining room. A continental breakfast was provided. My room was comfortable and quiet, and I opened the screened-in windows to enjoy the fall air. The bedroom and bathroom have all amenities needed . The hosts are communicative with clear directions for an easy check-in, which for me went smoothly after hours.

Stayed here while in town for a swim meet. Great location within walking distance to town and Kenyon College. Room was really comfortable and clean. Booked again for this year.
