This place was awful. We were supposed to stay for two nights for the Clemson Carolina game and only ended up staying one. To start with All the handles to the plumbing fixtures were loose literally felt like they were going to fall off, power outlets hanging out the walls, water damaged wholes, house roaches, there was dog hair on the couch, what looked to be pubic hair on the bed, but hey if you’re hungry there were some crumbs on the bed also, the flooring was coming apart and it felt like it was rotted underneath, dirt everywhere, we tried to use the stove and it smelt like dead burning animal when turned on, the dishes were absolutely disgusting, there was crusty brown stuff on the towel, the toilet and bathtub leaked. I definitely would not recommend this place at all. We would’ve rather stayed in the car. Almost all the campers there are permanent residents who were playing music and riding ATVs all around (like 12:30 at night). It just wasn’t a good experience at all.

Hands down do not recommend this camp site if you have a high energy kid who loves to play outdoors don’t go here me my husband and our 3 year old stayed put here for a month as soon as we moved in we notice the long time stayers came out there camper and faced there corner camera at our camper and we are the type of ppl who stay to our selfs don’t talk to anyone and the ones who stayed beside us partyed every night played loud music and even had a lot of company in and out every night we didn’t complain as these are only short stays but mommas if you have loud babies I wouldn’t recommend this place there internet is always going in and out not the best but please watch ur kids out there ppl are carrying guns around flashing them to ppl and at night a lot of partying from the long time stayers and just straight not worth 785 a month the owners are rude don’t like to fix anything I would recommend a more child friendly place because this here isn’t it…. Best of luck to the family’s with young Children…
Ps we had to leave this place due to our 3 year old being loud wasn’t happy about it because agin he’s a child only 3 but it is what it is and I just wanted to share our experience with the future residents.

Kim, the manager, is super nice. I only met her a couple months ago and my first impression was...she's very nice and has a kind hear. And boy was I right. Mike and Kim worked together with another guy there, sorry can't remember his name, because our power went out twice. And they came over both times and helped us. Not to mention when we first came there they were very informative. We asked alot of questions and still do lol. We're new to camper life and they, along with the residents here, have made it very pleasant for us. We love it here. Thank you Mrs Kim and your staff for being understanding and patient with us as well as being sooo kind. I'm giving yall 5 stars!! ā¤ļø šŸ˜

Very quiet campground. We stayed in a cabin and it was very nice for a campground cabin. Much larger than usual. Pool was great and clean. Employees were seen working on things and cleaning things the whole week. Kids enjoyed the playground. Only downside was the internet was very spotty but to be expected because of location and the hot water didn’t stay hot very long.
Overall we had a great time and we will probably return in the future!

Place is a dump. 345.00 for 2 days in a cabin that was a storage shed converted to a so called cabin. A 5250 btu air conditioner in a window and, the filter was never cleaned. I know because I cleaned it. Bathroom smells of mildew as they use a cloth shower curtain. (Should be plastic) the shower head is something out of jail. Spay mist at best. Shower room on property is in disrepair and they need to install benches in shower rooms. I will never go back. 345.00 for 2 nights. I would be more comfortable sleeping in my car!

Pictures on website are deceiving. The entire campground needs updating and buildings need alot of maintenance; they look pretty shabby. Roads within the grounds are in poor condition. A good majority of the sites are permanent sites with large decks and/or enclosures attached to campers with many being older campers. Staff seemed to be trying to do the best they could within their limits. Our stay here was OK, but would not return.

Per the manager, ā€œIt is the responsibility of guests to research the park and the location before booking.ā€ Therefore, I’m sorry if you’re an out of state guest, I suppose you’re just out of luck. But here is something that may help…
After doing research (having a friend drive through the campground), it turns out that there are inconsistencies with the campground online and in person. We don’t live locally, so it was news to us and we were very uncomfortable continuing the stay after viewing videos & pictures of the campground. However, this still resulted in a loss of our deposit ($35- ā€œper policyā€).
In short, the campground appears shady, ran down, disheveled, dirty, etc.,
When complaints, such as the posted Google reviews, are brought to the manager’s attention, she says it’s just a slander campaign & she discredits anyone that hasn’t had a reservation, yet I had one, didn’t like what I saw, & cancelled, & this review will probably be discredited because of that.
The reviews are true about permanent residents at the campground, which I wouldn't have a problem with; however, there should be certain policies in place to maintain the campground and the integrity of it.
I’m disappointed with how our uncertainty was handled and with how the online pictures didn’t match what was in person, plus how us being uncomfortable with a campground resulted in loss of money when safety & security should take priority over ā€œpolicyā€ with cancellations.
