I recently worked with Alexis ( the owner ) in creating my perfect brunch Bach party! Not only was Alexis extremely professional, communicative and amazing to work with but the chef that worked our event was also amazing! He was prompt, clean and THOSE GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES WERE THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED!! Just purely amazing! My gals and I relaxed at our Airbnb while my perfectly curated brunch was made fresh! Can’t wait to have another event!

The Phoenix Palate catered for our corporate holiday party and did an ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR job! The food was excellent, but the team onsite was the real standout. I was in kind of a fix because my past caterer has started a restaurant and everyone I knew was busy. I found good reviews for The Phoenix Palate and decided to take a chance. It worked out better than I expected.

Alexis was easy to work with and the two chefs and three servers she sent were great. They were friendly, competent and showed up on time. The food itself was tasty and guests loved it. Alexis's menu has lots of interesting appetizers and her prices are reasonable.

I would hire The Phoenix Palate again and I recommend Alexis without hesitation.

We celebrated my wife's 40th in Sedona and wanted a gourmet chef at home experience - enter Phoenix Palate! We worked with Alexis to arrange the details, and on the day of service, chef Jack arrived to dominate in the kitchen. The entire service was priced well and the service we received was well worth the cost. Jack was more than personable in interacting with guests, his food was lights out, he cleaned up after himself, and had a quiet exit once complete. I would would highly recommend Phoenix Palate to anyone interested in this style of service!

I wanted to surprise my husband with a dinner at home for our anniversary with a private chef. I am so happy I chose the Phoenix Palate! Alexis was my point of contact for coordinating and she was fantastic, especially because I changed my mind a couple of times, but she was so accommodating! Chef Brian and Chef Shawnee were our chef for the evening and they did a fantastic job. We had lobster bisque (highly recommend) and a mussel pasta with red sauce and fresh parm. The flavors were great and the service was excellent!! They also did a SEPARATE menu for our kids which they absolutely loved, mini pizza puff and baked chicken tender with honey and butter corn. We ended the night with a plate of strawberries and chocolate fondue style which was cute and fun for the kids and the adults! To top it all off they bring all of their own supplies and cookware AND my kitchen was sparkling clean when they left. I will definitely be using them for another event.

I am so thankful to Richard for helping my daughter with her gathering. Alejandro was our chief, and he did a magnificent job. They were very professional and knowledgeable to us. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation of the food was beyond words. I’m so happy I connected with Phoenix Palate and I will definitely use them again. I strongly encourage and recommend them to everyone

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Phoenix Palate!! John , Richard and Lindsey made our engagement party so much fun ! My friends and family could not stop talking about how amazing the apps and cocktails were ! They made the night so easy for me so I could mingle and not have to worry about a thing !
