Upon our arrival we were met by James at the entrance to the hotel and his hospitality set the tone for my wife and I to celebrate my recent survival of a heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery.|Every employee we met, regardless of their location in the hotel, appeared genuinely happy with their job and helping guests. |We especially enjoyed the Six South roof top and were extremely pleased that the bartender was able to find N/A beer for me even though it was not listed on the menu. We also ordered a meal and found it to be well prepared and savory.|Our room was very comfortable, although not spacious, but we were nonetheless pleased with our accommodations.|Thank you to everyone who made this brief two-day celebration a very special occasion.

From the moment we pulled up to this hotel the experience was amazing. The valet was so friendly and accommodating as well as the bellman who carried our bags to our room. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel was soooo charming. The front desk attendants were so friendly and our room was immaculate. As a Hilton honors member who travels frequently for work this was one of my very favorite stays!They provided a shuttle to local areas so we didn’t have to worry about parking and it was very close to the charming downtown area. The surrounding area was all historic homes with so much charm and character. Very safe too! This trip was for business but I will definitely be back for pleasure!

Southern hospitality and charm abounds. Attentive staff, great breakfast, spacious room. After arriving in the evening, we valeted the car enjoyed a short walk to a quaint neighborhood park with the kids. We had enough room for the 5 of us in the suite with 2 queens and a sofabed. We watched a movie and slept well before continuing on our journey the next morning. A nice touch of Augusta. Quiet, historic and family-friendly. Chef Preston made my eggs just like I like them and Kymonica took great care of us in the 8595 cafe.

Amazing customer service! From check to check out, the staff was great. Great food and loved the complimentary shuttle service. Mr. James, Mr. Hank and Mr. Josh truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed! In good distance to amazing food options if you aren't dinning in the hotel.

I love staying here. Come here about four or five times every month, traveling through for work. Super nice hotel! Food and drinks are amazing. And very dog friendly. Would highly recommend!

I have never stayed at a hotel where every single employee was exceptional! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and seemed to really love helping people. He is an asset to the hotel. Once we got to our room, we were beyond pleased. It was very spacious and clean. Every employee that we passed in the hall went out of their way to smile, speak, and ask if we needed anything. There was 1 employee in particular who helped us with a shortcut to walking our dog. I am so upset that I didn't get his name because he deserves recognition. The location is close to tons of restaurants and also some places to shop. I would stay here again without hesitation. Wonderful hotel!

I met my buddy here on a Friday, and we stayed 4 days. They have a 24-hour valet, and all of them were awesome. They gave us ideas of where to go and what to do. The front desk clerks were all very friendly and polite. The have a rooftop bar which was wonderful with great views. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was very nice. You could sit out on the porch to eat if you wanted. All of the waitstaff were super nice and friendly. The food that I had was cooked perfectly. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

My boyfriend and I was in town visiting and decided to stay at the partridge inn. Upon arrival I was amazed at this historic building. Check in was smooth and easy and Harvey was the best. He was at the desk speaking with the head of house keeping introducing us and she was everything. Guaranteed me that if I needed anything to just call on Mimi. When going to my room I encountered some of the house keepers and house man and everyone smiled and greeted us with a genuine and kind welcome. I actually had a chance to speak with 2 of the house man on the elevator and that was Broderick and Calvin and they let me know about the restaurant and the roof top. The supervisor Teri in house keeping is amazing also she made sure I had all the extra towels and wash cloths I asked for. Thanks partridge inn
