Placed a DoorDash order from here only to find a piece of metal inside my food. When I tried to contact the store they won’t even answer the phone. I’m going to report this to corporate. The food was disgusting too, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This was my 1st time visiting... I had heard so much about this place from ESPN 850 Cleveland. I am from Philly, so I had to give them a try. I ordered online and I picked up my order. 1 cheesesteak and 1 hoagie. The cheesesteak was awesome with mushrooms, cheese and peppers. However, the hoagie was an absolute dry mess, no mayo, vinegar nor oil. The meats were good, but the presentation had little to be desired. It was the worst attempt on a sub sandwich that I have ever seen. Pictures posted.

Pros: as a Philly native, these are not bad for being a cheesesteak not from Philly.

Cons: they never answer the phone, facility is very dirty, and sometimes aren’t open when they are supposed to be. Management needs work for sure.

The owner was very rude. He wanted to debate about something me and my wife were paying for. He just stared at us out of the corner of his eye while we were reading the menu. Fries weren’t cooked at all. And he also gave racial vibes. We would never go back there EVER again and we’re definitely telling our friends and neighbors.

Drove 40 min to try this place and it was 110% worth it. Meat was cooked and seasoned perfect and the fries are similar to 5 Guy, but 1000 times better. And just to top everything off, the staff was super friendly!

My girlfriend suggested lunch and πŽπ† π’π“π„π€πŠ & π‡πŽπ€π†πˆπ„π’ was enjoyable. I ordered the bbq chicken philly that’s made with bbq sauce and onion rings into the sandwich πŸ— πŸ₯–. My gf ordered the original steak Philly πŸ₯© πŸ§€ both sandwiches were great. And I had to grab a root beer for the road! About 10 short minutes to cook after ordering Good eats!

Don't go if in a hurry! We waited 25 minutes for our two sandwiches and tots. We were the only customers. After taking our order the employee went to the back and visibly stood there on his phone for fifteen minutes. It took him ten minutes afterwards to cook our meal. The tots were very soggy, I couldn't finish them.
