Online item cost $6.99 for three when I got the package there’s a sticker with $5.99 on three.
Also, I got two different packages with the same colour which I wanted all the colours. So why repeating?
Overcharged for that package overcharged for shipping.
Picture on the website confusing compared to the item I got.
When I Call to complain the person who answer I believe is the owner was kind of rude The money different and make a little comment do you want your $2 back?.
Disappointed, not recommended.

This quaint establishment, located along the iconic Route 66, is far more than a simple nut store; it's a treasure trove of flavors and memories. Upon entering, I was instantly greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, a place where traditional charm meets a delightful array of treats. The shelves are stocked with an impressive variety of nuts, from classic roasted peanuts to exotic flavored pecans, each more tempting than the last. But what truly sets The Nut House apart is the exceptional quality of their products, offering a taste experience that is both rich and satisfying.

The heart and soul of The Nut House is undoubtedly Glenda, whose welcoming presence and extensive knowledge significantly enhance the shopping experience. Her friendly demeanor and eagerness to help make every visit memorable. Glenda's recommendations are spot-on, guiding customers through the myriad of choices with a personal touch that is rare in today's retail world. In addition to the delicious nuts, The Nut House also boasts an impressive selection of Route 66 souvenirs, making it a must-visit spot for those seeking to commemorate their journey along this historic highway. From unique trinkets to beautifully crafted memorabilia, each item tells a story of America's beloved "Mother Road." Whether you're a Route 66 enthusiast or simply looking for a delightful shopping experience, The Nut House in Claremore is a destination not to be missed.

Great food and great shopping. Lots of gift items, holiday items and foodie things. You must get the broccoli salad as a side. Also don't miss the coffee of the day sample area. Sandwiches are amazing. Order at counter and wind your way back to the eating area. Your food will be delivered. EV destination chargers out front.

I love jigsaw puzzles. There are lots of them to choose from. Mant years ago I bought various flavors of fudge as gifts. They were a hit. During one summer I was able to find lye soap here. Took the itch away from getting into poison ivy. The ladies are always friendly. Wish they offered healthier options for lunches. A great place to go for gifts items.

The sandwiches and soups are delicious… since I cant get my wife to make me sandwiches, we come here! Warm cinnamon pecans are addictive and the ladies behind the counter are always sweet and helpful.

We've been going here for years to get their fudge and have never had any major problems, but this last visit was very poor. We ordered fudge through their website during their post-Thanksgiving sale on Monday and received an order confirmation. We visited the store on Wednesday to pick up our order. Usually the service is prompt and there's someone behind the counter to serve customers; today, after shopping for a few minutes and waiting at the counter for a few minutes, I had to call out to the woman working in the kitchen to come service us. She did not apologize for our wait and overall seemed to grudgingly help us.

When told we had an online order, she must not have been trained on handling those, as she had to ask someone else about it and then handed us off to the fudge maker. She also seems confused by our order and goes to look in a stock room.

After waiting for over five minutes, she returns and confirms our order, but tells us that one of the flavors for which we've already paid is unavailable because she "hadn't made it yet due to lack of supplies". This is extremely disappointing as our order was confirmed. She did allow us to switch out the unavailable flavor for one they did have, but it was another long wait to do so, and at no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience.

When she rang us up, she did say that she'd had an influx of fudge orders on Monday and low supplies, and told us that we "should have put a pick up date on the order form so I could have stacked them". In the "shipping" section of the order form, there is a tiny box that says "Order comments", so I assume this is what she was referring to, but rather crucially *there is no indication you need to do this anywhere on the site.* We did not know nor were informed we should choose our own pick up date. We've also never received an "your order is ready for pickup" confirmation from them in the past when we've done online ordering, so we weren't waiting for one. Blaming the customer for their lack of preparedness and a dysfunctional online ordering system left a bad taste in my mouth.

She did eventually apologize as she rang us up, but when we lightly complained, she blamed them being "understaffed and underpaid". I've worked retail so I understand that, but this isn't how I would have handled the situation. We were made to feel like we were being unreasonable for expecting our order to be ready and being upset that it took a while to prepare, as we both have disabilities that makes standing for long periods of time unwise.

Overall, this will be our last visit here. The fudge is good, but it's not worth being blamed for their lack of foresight that the holidays would bring an influx of orders and their inability to plan for it, plus the online ordering system that doesn't tell you when something is ready for pick up.

My first visit to The Nut House, was very pleasant. A warm greeting as we entered the door. They have a big variety of fudge to choose from and sample. The unique Route 66 memorabilia will put a smile on your face. I’ve attached a few pictures.
