I recently visited the Network Coffee Shop at 1812 Jerry Jones Dr, Valdosta, GA. My first.rime.there.it.rook awhile to get service even though there were many customers inside, My bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was very good though..I went back on Sunday which according to google.has hours that day, but was closed..I went back on Monday because I am new here and was looking for a good coffee place close.by. I waited possibly four to five minutes at the counter and no one waited on me..I saw a person in the back but they never came out. I walked out. I will continue to look for a good coffee place..

We were so excited to try this place, since it had such great reviews, but sadly this may be the worst coffee experience we’ve had in years.

When I entered the coffee shop there wasn’t anyone up front. A few minutes after waiting a lady came up to the register but didn’t say a single word to me, just waited for me to order.

I ordered a matcha latte, a caramel latte, two omelets and toast with cream cheese. Our drinks came out in a reasonable time, but it took 30+ minutes to get our food, which was take away. We were literally the only people there.

If we had eaten there, I would have sent all of the food back, which I never do. The toast was a single slice of white bread with a cream cheese packet and bacon sprinkled on it ($5).

The omelets were both so salty it was as if the cook accidentally dropped the whole salt shaker in the egg mix ($11 each). We had to simply throw them out.

Overall, we spent $46 for two lattes and frozen breakfast potatoes at a cafe with the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

What a great neighborhood place to get some work done! Amazing chef with a menu that can be altered to your dietary needs. Baristas and owner are always friendly and a clean area in which to work. Many spaces that fit your WFH needs. Support small businesses! Highly recommend stopping by and staying for a while.

Really nice place to just sit and do homework. I come everyday to work on stuff for school and am so happy to see all the lovely people who work here. The coffee is the best. The workers are some of the nicest people ever. Definitely recommend coming here❤️

Went looking for an afternoon coffee on a dreary Sunday afternoon. Both of my daughters are Starbucks fans, but the drive through was so backed up we couldn't even get to the parking lot to go inside. So thankful for that, or what we would have come to The Network instead! What an awesome place! Lots of cozy little places to sit and sip. Daughters both raved about their drinks, and mine was fantastic as well. The barista was super friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve visited here twice now and it’s quickly becoming my favorite brunch spot in town. The food is always cooked fresh and has that homemade feel. The fall pancakes were amazing. The breakfast pizza is also really good. So is the stuffed salmon bagel. But most recently I had the whole lemon pepper wings/waffles and I almost ordered more to-go. My favorite drink is the Watermelon Mule. Definitely give this a try ASAP.

We were traveling through, and chose this coffee shop based upon its high reviews, but ended up being very disappointed. While the coffee was fine, the service was a bit odd. The young woman who took our order, was also busy talking to someone on the phone at the same time, a conversation which continued on speaker phone for the next 10 minutes or so after we ordered. And then the bacon and egg breakfast croissant was just average, primarily because the croissant itself hadn’t been heated up, so it was a half cold / half warm sandwich. And finally the bathrooms were just not clean, with what looked like a a cleaning rag and used coffee cup left on the counter. And during all of this, the place was pretty empty, so it didn’t seem like it was too busy, just staff pre-occupied with other things. Hopefully just a bad experience for us, seems like the place has a lot of promise.

I love, love, love the scenery of this place. Lots of cozy places to sit at, swings for kids to rock in. They have iPads you can use or computers. Private rooms for any occasion like conferences, maybe you're content creator? They have a room for that as well. Most importantly the coffee is amazing, they really make sure you have the best experience as possible. That Butter Pecan White Chocolate Mocha, is to die forrrrrr!😭 Can't wait to get my fix in the A.M.
