Newly renovated with high quality touches throughout. Beautiful setting along the river and close to all. Communal fire pit and picnic area. High end amenities-plush towels/bedding, quality bath products, kitchenette with mini fridge/coffee bar. Hosts, Chris and Heather are wonderful and will treat you like family. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting the North Coast.

My sister and I stayed at the Nehalem River Inn in late June, and we highly recommend it. The Inn, located on Rte. 53 (in the tiny town of Mohler), overlooks the Nehalem River and is scenic and serene. The grounds of the Inn are lovely, and there is a firepit right near the river if the evening becomes chilly. All the rooms look attractive and well-designed. We stayed in the Cabin, which was stylish, modern, and comfortable inside, and had an attached private deck right near the river bank. There is a small bridge crossing the river just south of the Inn, so there is some vehicle traffic you can see and hear, but it did not disturb us or detract from the pleasure of watching the flow of the river and enjoying the natural surroundings as the sun set behind the mountains. We are already looking forward to our next visit.||The Inn also provides a great base from which to explore Cannon Beach and Manzanita to the north or Tillamook, the Three Capes, and other points to the south. The small nearby towns of Nehalem and Wheeler are also worthy stops in their own right. Spend some time at the Nehalem River Inn to enjoy the area, or just to enjoy the Inn itself; you’ll be glad you did!

The Nehalem River Inn is amazing! We stayed for a couple nights last month, and were so impressed with the room, the property, and everything that the owners have done to modernize the property while still honoring the roots and history. We stayed in Room #3. It was such an inviting, relaxing, and I can even say, inspiring, room. The materials, colors, and layout are so great. We loved our experience! We will definitely be back when we visit the area again!

My sister and I stayed at the Nehalem River Inn for a few nights. We loved it! What could be finer than sitting on your deck and watching the river flow as the sun sinks behind the mountains in the distance! Well I suppose there's also sitting on your deck listening to the sounds of the water while gazing at the stars, or having your morning coffee while watching the fog gently rise off the river revealing the stunning reflection of the greenery on the the river bank and golden morning light! All five rooms at the Inn are beautifully appointed with modern, inviting decor, and smartly laid out. I couldn't get over how comfortable the bed was, and the quality of the bedding was top notch (really great pillows!). The grounds are lovely too. There's a fire pit by the river that can be enjoyed on chilly evenings. There is a little bridge with car traffic near the Inn so you do see and hear some cars but it did not detract at all from the wonderful feeling of staying there. The Inn is in the very tiny town of Mohler which is very well situated for exploring the North Coast. We were only a few miles from Mazanita and many state parks with great hikes and amazing vistas...but of course one could be very content to simply spend their time at the Inn relaxing and watching the river flow! We are already planning our next visit!

Our first stay at the Nehalem River Inn was fantastic. So good in fact, we will be returning in April. We loved the location as it was close to Manzanita and Brighton (home of Kelly's Brighton Marina and their Oregon-coast famous crabs), but also a short drive to Cannon Beach. As we enjoy hiking, there are dozens of really cool trails nearby. As for the property itself, we thought it was really comfortable, clean and relaxing. Can't wait to go back in the spring.

This was my first visit to Oregon and the Nehalem River Inn was an amazing place to stay. Newly renovated & 5 star accommodations. Beautiful grounds right by the river. The hosts, Heather & Chris were very generous recommending places to have coffee, eat & hike. Will definitely return!

The Nehalem River Inn is beautiful in every way. It is a completely renovated hotel with perfectly appointed rooms. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered from the furnishings to the floor coverings, cozy bedding, and bathroom amenities. The rooms are more than spacious with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the river views. Your hosts/owners are very accommodating and strive to make your time at their Inn a memorable one. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great home base to explore all of the Oregon Coast. Gorgeous views overlooking the Nehalem River. Loved evenings at the warm and cozy firepit. We stayed in a lovely room with a private balcony facing the river (amazing morning coffee spot). We were able to meet the owners on-site and see most of the others rooms as well. All very unique, chic and stylish with cozy bedding and exceptionally clean. I will for sure return to stay in other rooms (hopefully soon).
