Great location. Everything you need for a great time is in walking distance. Rooms were cheaply done. The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was cheap, and the bath products smelled funny. The walls are paper thin. The pool and hot tub were nice, but it's not enough to make it worth coming back here.

February 2025. We arrived in the dark and weren't sure where the check-in was, didn't see the hotel signs as they were not lit up. Noticed them the next day. Our room was clean but really needs an update. The shower fixture is old, loose and leaks. Our room had no desk and no chairs, although it had space for a stuffed chair, and I see one in the pictures. Other than sitting on the bed, there was a small hassock. The room opens to an outside hallway. It was quiet midweek. The location is nice - a 5 minute walk to Old Scottsdale. Upon check out, your front desk person didn't have much hospitality. They didn't even ask how our stay was. Probably would look for a different place next time.

This place gets an overall 1 star for location, and another for the pool. Everything else was very Motel 6. IKEA slat foundation bed that I had to put back together after falling through. Cat piss smell from the air conditioner. The photographer for the website is phenomenal, really made it seem like this place was luxury. Mini fridge just sitting by itself on the floor. Confusing pool hours....two different signs in the pool area, and notes on the website indicate three different times. I guess you can't beat the price for the location, but be prepared to be underwhelmed. Next time I would probably stay at a Hilton nearby for comparable price and a better room. This place is probably fun on pool party nights, otherwise there is a creep factor with a handful of dudes just hanging out at the pool looking like they're cruising or trying to hook up. Pool and location is all there is for you here.

I stayed for about a week and had other friends stay as well in other rooms, and we enjoyed our stay!
Staff is friendly.
Cafe on site.
The hot tub was amazing!
Rooms were clean—no bugs!! Hot water is tricky; I get why people state no hot water, just play with the handle until it stops.
Great location!
This is our second time here, and we will stay again!

What a hoot. Great vibe, just a dump. I travel a lot, every once in a while you get catfished. This is like a motel 6 with an amazing pool scene. And when you say it like that it sounds great, but when you’re expecting better accommodations, it does not deliver…..at all. Does my tv work? No. Did I have to move a floor lamp across the room because the bedside lamp is dead? Yes. Am I gonna get bedbugs? Maybe. The craziest thing is that the room somehow amplifies sounds from the outside, like traffic or your neighbor urinating. This would be an amazing spot for a frat party and if that hasn’t happened already I’d surprised and a little disappointed.

Good customer service however the hotel/rooms are very old. They have attempted to update and were clean however the bathroom barn door would not stay closed. The shower leaked down the wall and there was very little pressure as well as the bathtub did not drain.

I would not consider this a motel, it resembles a hotel. All of the entrances to the rooms have direct access from the outside. Inside the room the lighting was poor. Paint was dented, scratched & a panel was lifting from the wall. The bathroom tub was rusted, paint also chipped & frankly did not look clean. The handle to sliding pocket door in the bathroom had dirt and grime. The bottom piece of the wood attached to the bathroom sink was buckling. The night stand paint was chipped & the charging cable attached did not work. The room was dimly lit, with no wired lights in the main sleeping area. There was also popcorn ceiling. Let's not mention the sleep or lack thereof that I received. Luckily, each room had a wifi router box but it was flashing blue lights all night like a disco. It was not concealed in any way. Also, I was woken multiple times to a very loud knocking sound. I initially thought someone was trying to knock the door down. No, it was a loud sound every time the wall AC unit turned on & off -_-
This was not a 3 or 4 star hotel by any means. I would liken this to a Motel 6. I couldn't leave fast enough. FYI had I not gotten in so late due and there was immediate availability elsewhere I would not have even stayed ONE night. I definitely felt "catfished" through the pictures. Also, I did not receive a receipt. Do NOT recommend.

Excellent location with plenty of food and entertainment in walking distance. The room could definitely use some renovations (especially the tub). I wouldn’t stay here again due to the condition of the room.
