We felt very fortunate to find The Meriden Apartments, a beautifully updated complex.
We were welcomed by Jamella Heyward, property manager who is delightful, efficient, and extremely helpful. Kudos to the maintenance department for the lovely conditions of the interior and exterior. The cleanliness of the building is impeccable and work performed by caring staff

We have been looking for an apartment for some time. We were incredibly fortunate to find The Meriden. The location itself provides access to dining, groceries, all within walking distance. The apartment is in proximity to the major highways and the train station in Meriden is less than a 5 min drive.
What makes this place exceptional is the service. Jamella Heyward is amazing, her kindness and willingness to help is what separates this place from everywhere else. She walked us through the process, gave regular updates on our status, was flexible and understanding with any issues that came up. The Meriden is fortunate to have her here.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Jamella.

She immediately made me feel welcome. She was very pleasant and professional. I was very impressed. I was extremely nervous because this was the first time in over 48 years that I've had to look for an apartment on my own.

I moved in this week and am happy with my choice. The units are beautifully renovated and comfortable. The whole experience, from viewing the units to applying to moving in was so easy. The Property Manager, Jamella Heyward, is awesome! She walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions! So happy with my decision!

Property is beautiful! My apartment has good living space and is aesthetically pleasing. Conveniently located to major highway I-91 and shops. I love going to the gym so its refreshing to have a full gym here. Maintenance and office staff are always so friendly ! Jamella answered any questions I had during our tour and through out the move in process. Needless to say I’m happy this is my new place to call home!

Everything is excellent this place is beautiful inside who ever owned this place they did a good job renovations! Ms. Jamella Hayward she show us all the apartment that's available and different prices too. She is a God blessing to us. She's a very nice sweet person easy to talk and answered all the questions we have but at the same time she does her job professionally with well manners and very respectful overall She's really a blessing from God
