The Lancaster Manor was a wonderful place to celebrate our 40th Anniversary! It all felt like a fairytale the minute we walked in the doors and was greeted by Connie with the biggest smile! Both Connie and John have such big loving hearts and you feel that during your whole stay as they help you create beautiful memories. They set us up with a wonderful winery tour, great massages, and don't forget to get the Romance package too! The breakfasts are amazing and our Anniversary dinner was just perfect! Thank you two for our fairytale anniversary! We will be back!

Oh my goodness!!! What an amazing place! My husband and I were unsure about staying at a B&B. We were absolutely blown away. It was beautiful and felt like home. Connie and John go above and beyond to make the whole experience relaxed, pampered and fun! The attention to detail is impeccable! They have delicious goodies to nibble on throughout the house, a breakfast that is unbelievably tasty and the dining experience is the icing on the cake. Mark and I enjoyed their company and wisdom. OUTSTANDING!!!!! Look no further. If you are looking for the BEST B&B, you found it, book it. I booked 1 night for my Niece and me and we were blown away. Connie meet us on the front porch. She helped bring our bags in. Later John took our bags to our rooms. You simply do not get this amazing treatment these days. We started our stays with massages in our rooms. So very relaxing. In between the massages we enjoyed coffee and homemade banana bread and brownies. After our massages we had dinner in the private dining room. OMG we felt so special. Connie was our dinner Chef and John served of amazing meals. My Niece kept saying “this is some of the best food I have ever eaten”. We are both foodies and we were in Heaven. Most of the salad came from their garden. Our grass-fed Filets melted in our mouths. Green beans, mushrooms, and onion veggies were perfectly sautéed. The mix of sweet potatoes and fingerling potatoes were cooked to perfection too. The bottle of wine, maybe a bit more lol, was delicious. We ordered two super ate desserts so we could try both. YUM! After dinner we walk into the living room and they had a Happy Birthday sign for me. Both a happy tear to my eye. We then relaxed in the hot tub before turning in. When we walked into our bedrooms the beds were turned down and there was a small plate of chocolates. We stayed in the Rose room and the Cowboy room. The sheets and the bed were very comfy. We woke up refreshed and very relaxed. We went down to the sunroom for my Birthday breakfast. They didn’t give us a stale doughnut and bad coffee. John was our Breakfast Chef. You actually get to pick what you want for breakfast just like you pick what you wanted for dinner. Fresh fruit, homemade granola, we had two different eggs dishes, my niece ordered the French toast and I got the buttermilk pancake. There was also the most delicious bacon and biscuits. Needless to say I had to ask for a take away container for both my dinner and breakfast 😂😂😂. After breakfast John asked when he could come bring my bags down. We felt like Queens. Before we left we booked my next Birthday weekend. We booked all of the rooms. Today I received, a handwritten, Thank You card😱😱😱. Simply the icing on the cake! If you want to experience the sweetest and kind Hosts with outstanding food and the comforts of the perfect B&B, book the Lancaster Manor. You will be in for the best experience. John & Connie, thank you so very much. Can’t wait to get spoiled for my Medicare birthday weekend.

We visited Lancaster Manor for afternoon tea last week. Our host Connie was the best. She spent time showing us around her beautiful home while sharing some history about the house and heartwarming stories. The tea and food were wonderful. We will be back! Anyone can stay at a boring hotel. How often can you stay in a graciously conserved historic mansion? This B&B was elegant, and a step back in time. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, it kick-started our holiday spirit! Quiet. Clean. Authentic. Connie and John are amazing hosts and Chef's. From the complimentary drink upon arrival to the tour and history of the Manor, to the organic breakfast; we did not want to leave. It was a rejuvenating experience only 12 miles from Winstar. We will be back! So relaxing, and the hot tub on a cold night under the stars was peaceful.

We had my husbands 60th Birthday here. it was phenomenal. They are such sweet people and their service is wonderful. Their food taste out of this world and you will love this place. An Unforgettable Experience at Lancaster Manor Bed and Breakfast!

We stayed at Lancaster Manor Bed and Breakfast in Gainesville, Texas, the night of our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the charm of this historic manor enveloped us. The warm, inviting decor and beautifully maintained gardens created a romantic atmosphere that made it the ideal getaway for our first night as a married couple.

They provided us with a shuttle service to and from our wedding venue, picking us up after the reception at 11:00 PM, which made everything so seamless and stress-free.

The organic food selection was fantastic! Our breakfast the next morning was nothing short of amazing. The fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation truly elevated our dining experience. I still can't get over the delightful “happy accident” jam they served, made with fig and another fruit that escapes my memory—it was such a treat!

We stayed in the Rose Room, also known as the honeymoon suite, and we absolutely loved its quiet, historic vibe. The comfortable furnishings and lovely decor made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed spending time with Mama Cat on the patio, where we were captivated by the stories of the deep-rooted culture and history of the Manor shared by the attentive staff.

With its charming ambiance, exquisite food, and exceptional service, Lancaster Manor made our wedding night even more special. We had such an enjoyable experience that we’re already planning to return next year for our one-year anniversary! Long live the Manor! We love it!

We booked a 2 night stay here for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations! From the second we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and fresh banana bread. Our room had the most comfortable bed and was outfitted with cozy robes. We enjoyed watching college football and swimming in the pool Saturday afternoon. The food was to die for!! The breakfast omelets, pancakes and everything else was truly the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Our dinner was exceptional as well- a delicious fresh salad and a cooked to perfection steak. Overall, a magnificent and romantic stay at the Lancaster Manor!
