A wonderful place to stay for fisherman. The covered area for boats provided a great place to hang-out after a day of fishing as we tended to our boats and gear. Jon provided us a wonderful Chili dinner on Friday night - Tasty! TVs in the outdoor area also allowed us to watch March Madness together. The rooms had comfy beds and a top-notch air/heating system. Showers were also roomy. Don't hesitate to give this place a try!

This was a great place and great location. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is even an awning to park your car under. They offer each room 2 bags of ice complementary. It is just one minute from the Cherokee casino and restaurants. The owners were really nice.

Snowed in for work. Wonderful new, clean facility with covered parking which was a godsend during blizzardmania. Only downside was the beds. WAY too low (platforms) and the mattresses were hard as a rock. Consider adding a small table and chairs. No where to sit other than the beds.

Was looking for a place to stay for an upcoming tournament. Unfortunately they were booked. But after seeing the amenities I knew in my trip down ahead of off limits I would stay here. The under roof boat parking and convenience of the proximity of the rooms is wonderful. Not having to worry about flash lights or rain when working on tackle after getting off the water at dark was great!! Price was competitive and a short drive from wolf creek ramp.

Will stay again and would recommend.

We stayed here 10/3-10/7/24 and the rooms are spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities you would need for a normal hotel room. What was above and beyond was the host and boat parking. We've never stayed anywhere with full covered, lit, entertainment center, grill, etc. that was extremely well maintained. Highly recommend.

Off the beaten path in a nice, quiet area. Covered carports provided for parking. Our room was clean and inviting. It was no frills, but provided everything we needed, for the most part. The only thing I was wondering is where the coffee/coffee pod was. There is a coffee pot in the room, but we were unaware if we had to provide our own. We ended up going to a convenience store for cappucinos. Hairdryers are not provided (at least, we didn't have one in our room), but it was no big deal for us on this day. Floors are stained concrete, so you don't have to worry about filthy carpets affecting allergies. Beds sit lower than most hotels, so it may be easier for more petite guests to be able to get in and out of. Plenty of towels are provided. They provide a list of restaurants in the area. This is really a nice, basic, quiet place to stay. No room key to keep track of! The service desk attendant gives you your own personal code to enter your room. Service was excellent; very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

I couldn't begin to tell you how impressed I am with this place. I'm at a split decision because I know the more good reviews they get the less chance I have of getting another room since they will be booked. And I have nothing to say but amazing things about this place. The hospitality is unmatched, the rooms are beyond clean, the beds are super comfortable, the amenities aren't beyond everything you need or want. They make it more than a room but a vacation. I'll always look to book a room here before anywhere else. I appreciate everything and Will refer anyone that respects a good place. 5 stars all the way

I love that they cater to fishermen/women - individual boat parking with electrical hookups and light for those early morning tournaments. The owners are very friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we fish Grand.

Only one negative and that is on us. Bring your own coffee, there is a full-size coffee maker in the room, but coffee and filters are not provided. Which is understandable given not everyone is a coffee drinker.
