The food was literally so good, especially that lemon pepper salmon, buttered cabbage, and the candied yams. Those yams are heaven-sent. And their sweet tea?!?! Literally fire. I loved it here and id definitely eat here again, prices are like $10 - $20, I highly recommend for anyone and especially with the economic blackouts that are about to take place, this is a great black owned business to spend your hard earned money at.

There’s establishment has very good food, but very big lack Communication they failed to simply read the names Portions are crazy small I don’t work in the food industry, but I’m pretty sure if you give out the wrong order and a customer touches it. You can’t do anything with it yet it It was took out my hand to be reserved, which is very unsanitary and disrespectful. My opinion staff argued the whole experience as if customers weren’t there, and in my opinion, made them feel comfortable myself included don’t recommend dining in this establishment Definitely won’t be coming back

Today we had diner at my favorite place. The Kitchen we both had Smother Pork Chops over rice , along with cabbage black eye peas, corn bread. Along with the Famous Blueberry Jasmine Tea. Our food tasted delicious as always.

ooohweee. That fried pork chop was one of the best I've ever had. I will most definitely be going back. The owner very obviously takes pride in her establishment. Very humble, kind and appreciative. The entire staff worked together so efficiently. Keeping this restaurant in my rotation.

Found this place scrolling thru tik tok.
Everything was great. It's not over seasoned or over.
Provided all different types of hot sauce, so you have options!
My favorite is the silverware was clean!
But I had smothered pork chops with greens and black eye peas. And a blueberry lemonade!
My friend had shrimp and grits.

We ordered delivery and everything was perfect. The food arrived warm and melt in our mouths! If you’re afraid of trying something new, this is an excellent first taste of soul food love and comfort! Been here a Cpl times, living next door, but Saturday was moving and then the bad weather started. Stopped in to have lunch with a friend. Decided to dine in. I had the Shrimp n cheese grits with a side of buttered cabbage. Friend tried the smothered pork chop over rice with black eye peas n mixed greens. 🔥! Good service n atmosphere.. even in a thunderstorm! Will definitely go back to try more.
