Wow! What a discovery! I have been coming to Toledo annually for the past 5 or 6 years and never knew about the wonderful Old West End neighborhood. What an amazing array of turn of the century properties . The Kings Throne Inn is one of them. Clean, comfortable, quiet, our host has made so many great touches to ensure a fantastic stay. The firm mattress was heaven! You won't find the sterile soulless atmosphere of a large chain hotel. This gem of a place exudes the charm and character of a bygone era. I loved it and look forward to next year’s return.

Very good stay. Happy with the communication & willing to work with our timing. Loved the well equipped kitchen & coffee bar. House was beautiful. Our room was very nice (King room). We love the original fixtures in the room. The personal touches of extra toiletries & towels, etc was very nice. My only issue was it would be nice to have a window blind or curtain in the bathroom. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

"Super host" Landon was kind to welcome my wife and I upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. He goes above and beyond to ensure that each room has everything you need! The rooms are beautiful, though we didn't get a chance to ask about the history, the home seems to have some wonderful history for sure. I was happy to see that there were plenty of board games available for friends and family. Checking in, going in and out, and the checking out process was pretty simple and smooth. Landon has provided a pretty remarkable digital visitors guide too that was pretty helpful. It's clear that hospitaIity is a gift of his and that he truly cares about those he's serving through this business. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing amazing amazing!
First time in Toledo and I couldn’t express how amazing our stay was! He was sweet enough to accommodate an earlier check in time as we wanted to settle in before we had gone to Huntington center for a concert. He is quick to respond to emails. This place Was the perfect distance. It was a beautiful historical place I wish we got to spend more down time at the B&B. The best was soooo comfy and so were the pillows. The cute makeup towel he had there was the cutest idea, and the little handmade towel that was sitting on the bed for a nice decoration!
We had made our own breakfast which was fun and so many coffee pods to choose from which was up our alley! So glad I got the chance to stay here, will definitely be back !

We couldn't have had a better stay. We were close to the art museum and minutes away from downtown and the university. The host took care of every little detail. If we ever visit Toledo again we won't stay anywhere else.

The home has an absolutely wonderful vibe. Cozy and quiet. Neat books and art throughout. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar. Friendly host. The blueberry cinnamon coffee was incredible and I must know where you get it.

A lovely comfortable stay at The Kings Throne. The host, Landon, provided a brilliant digital guidebook in advance with all the information needed to make our arrival and stay easy. We were greeted by Landon whose home is an amazing historic house in the Historic neighborhood of Toledo. Fabulous rooms, full of interesting antiques and pictures with so much attention to detail. We stayed in the delightful King room which was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was available to help ourselves in the kitchen. Travelling through we were only able to stay 1 night, but wished we could have stayed longer.

This house is amazing!! All the little details and thoughts that are put into it... wonderful. Stayed in The King Room ... I just want to live there. It's beautiful. Walked into the room to a little table with cocoa and marshmallows, the owner put up a tree in the room (stayed 12/24-12/25). Definitely planning to stay again.
