The hotel has a positive vibe to it. From registering to the hotel room, solid!
The lounge are is welcoming and relaxing. The roof top bar is stunning in decor and the drinks are on point.
My favorite part is the restaurant, a shout out to Ben, his personality and knowledge of the menu was outstanding! I had never had Rainbow trout and that was Ben’s recommendation. I took it and it was better than he explained!!
Hotel staff are extremely helpful and nice, I will be back again for sure!!

Lovely hotel! Great service at every point. Our room was spacious and cute. Bed was comfy. We had drinks at the bar for happy hour and the cocktails were delicious. The valet made life super easy, Kieran was quick and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and had all the little touches that make a big difference. Great location, amazing service, and just an all-around fun and relaxing experience.||Special shoutout to the valet team—Emilio and Luke were absolute stars! They went over the top to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they did it all with genuine smiles and great energy. Can’t wait to come back!

I booked The Executive at this hotel; and I did so specifically to enjoy the soaking tub listed as one of the features of that particular room. However, upon calling to confirm my reservation a few days prior to my stay, I was told that I will have to pay an additional $50 to ensure that I will, in fact, get a tub in my room. To verify I understood correctly, I asked the representative to confirm that, although the room is advertised as having a soaking tub, I am required to pay an additional fee to actually get one- which was the case. This may be a wonderful hotel but that did not sit right with me. At the higher rate of the room already, I ultimately did cancel. Was incredibly disappointed to do so.

We had a terrific stay at The Junto. EVery detail was thought of and courtesy extended from the moment we walked into until we left- and it felt genuine. Easy checkin/checkout, beautiful lobby full of people working, chatting, drinking at the bar, nice level of music- loud enough but not too loud, a water filling station a wonderful restaurant in house, a fireplace and that’s just the lobby area!
The room was spacious, well appointed with a comfortable bed, great window seat in our room and lovely furnishings and design that we noticed throughout the property.
Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I had such an enjoyable stay in a hotel (and we travel a lot).
Kudos to The Junto team. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

We can't say enough about our experience at The Junto. We met Anthony, the Front Office Manager, when we checked in and he went above and beyond to make our visit even more relaxing and special than we imagined possible after a stressful week. Every piece of the hotel including restaurants are so carefully curated for every sensory experience. The french fries we shared as an appetizer were the best I've ever had!!!! And the food and vibe at the cafe was really wonderful. This was our first stay with this hotel group and we are already looking at the next location we can visit. It looks like Maine might be it and definitely Dallas when I visit there again to see family! Thank you for your kindness, care and all the comfort! That bathtub and shower in the suite we stayed in was heaven on earth. And even though it was raining we still enjoyed the views from the top floor balcony. The bed was soooooooo comfortable too! We loved the colors and textures and books available. I highly recommend trying this entire experience. We didn't have to leave at all even though next time we hope to visit longer and experience what Columbus itself has to offer. Most of all I come back to how welcome and cared for we felt and we just appreciate that so incredibly much.❤️

Everything was great about this hotel. I did expect a yoga mat and a robe to be included in the room but if these are the only notes for a hotel, this is still a good thing. I was comfortable here, it’s clean, the heat worked in my room and the staff were friendly. The gym looked efficient, theres tons of spaces to relax here. The rooftop is super cute and I love the water filter located in the lobby. This hotel is modern, well decorated and has an upbeat vibe to it. The best part is the location and the beautiful park across the street in front of the museum. This area of Columbus made me want to consider moving here. I would definitely stay at the Junto again. Thank you!

Kieran and Drew were so nice and got our car in a timely manner, great job!! The Junto was a great place to stay very comfortable and great atmosphere. We will definitely be back. There is so much to do and it’s in a very clean and safe area in Columbus
