Great vibe. A bit old school feel but nice people at the sites. We tent camped. Site right next to the sweet little beach. Nice site with sand and shade trees. Whole place set in a wooded glade with nice mix of sun and shade. Managers were really nice ant thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow - what a place to RV and stay. A splash of nostalgia (in a very good way) with views galore and possibly the best location in Connecticut. A secret CT location that is on a small lake, has a beach and is just 5 min from the shore and Niantic. Owner is amazing and helpful.

I have been going to The Island for about 20 years. And have a lot of childhod memories there. It is the perfect place if you love to swim, boat, or just relax. ANd you do not have to worry about your children there, it is so family oriented everyone is so friendly and people look out for one another there. Highly recommeded for a great get-away.

Place used to be run down, but the new owners are really putting in a lot of work and making it like new. Its a great spot right on a beautiful lake and next to a boat launch.
