A wonderful accommodating host Danele , who could not do enough for us. Absolutely every amenity very spacious living area and bath. It had a stove and fridge and anything you could possibly want you could live there. Loads of parking. Very quiet location. We thought our stay was superb. We were visiting our granddaughter for graduation at UConn and I would recommend this B&B to anyone especially nice to stay away from the crowds. What can I say charming spacious, inviting. As far as my wife and I were concerned, it was the perfect B&B for us!|We stayed in the Stafford suite. I would recommend it to anyone! One little word of advice if you are going to UConn, do not follow your GPS. At the end of the road, turn right and go into town there’s a little circle take a left at the circle and that is the back road to the University of Connecticut. It’s a lovely drive , and you stay away from all the traffic. The Innkeepers Place is Five stars for sure! |Thank you for a wonderful weekend Danele.

This is a great little B&B. We were happy with our ground level rooms as my husband has mobility issues. Our hostess even offered to have breakfast brought down to us. We did decide to go upstairs for breakfast and the food and dining area were very nice. Our hostess was a bit distracted by some efficiency inspectors but we certainly didn't hold that against her. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. There was a full kitchen area. The bathroom was big too. We were glad our hostess showed us how to use the shower. I don't think we would have figured it out on our own. It should be noted that there is a step up to get into the bathroom. The bedroom seemed a bit crowded but it did have a king sized bed which is what we wanted. It was a very nice place overall and we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at The Inn Keeper's Place was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed in the Lafayette Room, a spacious bedroom with two comfortable beds. The large interestingly shaped pane window looked out onto the front lawn and a pretty tree just in time for fall foliage. Our room felt very private and quiet, and wifi worked great. The bathroom was cozy but spacious, and very clean. Also worth adding, both the bedroom and the bathroom had great lighting, if you're picky about lighting, you'll know what I mean.|||| Danele was very communicative before we arrived with questions about what we might like to eat for breakfast (which was amazing by the way, local sausage and mouth watering baked eggs!!). She also had a slew of suggestions for where we could go running, as well as places to go out for dinner, or vintage shopping. ||||Location-wise, the house is located in a country setting on a road with other well-kept historic homes. A quick drive to Stafford Springs main street, as well as a reasonable commute to Uconn campus, Willimantic, Bigalow Hollow, The Nipmuck Trail, and numerous antiqueing towns, and the Brimfield Flea Market made it easy for us to get everything on our checklist done.

Our three night stay at The Inn Keeper's Place could not have been more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the historical accommodations in our over-sized Heritage Room with it's tall Queen Bed, period furniture and superb bathroom appointments. Engaging hostess Danele provided detailed guidance of how best to navigate for easy parking at the Brimfield Antique Fair. Breakfasts were delicious country fare that featured home baked delicacies for added enjoyment.

I have always been hesitant to stay at a Bed and Breakfast because I thought it would be awkward but Danelle made us all feel comfortable. In total there were 11 of us that stayed at the Inn Keeper's for our daughter's wedding being held nearby. Danelle made us feel at home and even allowed us to cook pasta in her kitchen for the rehearsal dinner. She even shared her children's toys with the grandchildren! Her children were delightful and let the grandchildren in their rooms to play. The pictures online do not do the Inn Keeper's Place justice. The rooms are larger than they look in the pictures. I was worried the grandchildren would break precious antiques but there was nothing to worry about. Danelle is very relaxed and there was not anything really in reach for them to break. The breakfasts were awesome; home cooked and always with fresh fruit, plenty of coffee and juice. She even accommodated for some of us who were lactose intolerant. The rooms had wireless internet, cable and ac. She also had movies on dvd available for the children! Needless to say, the stay at the Inn Keepers was better than a hotel and much more than I expected. I would not hesitate to stay there again, however, she has set the bar high for other Bed & Breakfasts! I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here to attend an event in nearby Somers CT 21 minutes away by map quest. Disclaimer: I am 60 years old very busy with work and family so not a lot of time to write reviews but I sure do read a lot of reviews as my wife and I have a fairly impressive travel resume. Having said that I really felt compelled to take the time and review this place so, let's get to it. I The room was very charming, cozy, quaint and very clean. Danelle and her husband Chris are fantastic hosts. I was left to scramble to find a place as our usual closer place had closed down and as such was concerned about transportation to and from the event. That problem was quickly solved as they offered to get me to the party and safely back. Who does that? Then when thinking out loud expressed my frustration at forgetting to get a bottle of wine to bring - they solved that problem to and although, not their usual policy they didn't charge me for it - just an example of how gracious and accommodating they are. My concerns over location were gladly unfounded actually a beautiful country setting yet conveniently located very close to I-84 if you are coming/going from the Boston area as I was. As a side note my choice for accommodations seemed to be a hit with other guests at the party which came in from all over and as far away as Texas. Although, I didn't stay for breakfast it looked amazing but the Italian roast coffee for the road was perfect. I give this place an overall 5 star rating on all regards. Ron G.

The innkeeper was a beautiful building with gorgeous grounds and fantastic food. We stayed in the heritage suite. It was amazing. It was the best nights sleep I've had in z long while.||We were not far from town with great food, music, bars and ice cream and less than 10 miles from Brimsfield||||Thank you Danielle and chris

Oh my goodness I JUST LOVE THE INNKEEPER. THE PLACE AND THE PEOPLE. Was going to a friends wedding and she had sent a list of place to stay. The first one on the list was InnKeepers. It is county living with good ol fashion hospitality. So courteous helpful kind and just an all-around amazing experience. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND I WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN THE Heritage Room.
