My family & I spent the weekend in a cottage & had the best experience! The rooms were very clean, beautiful, & comfortable. There were lots of little touches that made the weekend special - like our son waking up to seeing a goat right outside his window! The amenities were fantastic. I could have lived in the robes. ||Wes at the check-in desk was very helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew where everything was on the property. Since the lobby wasn’t busy, he took time to tell us the history of the Inn. ||||Justus and Savannah in the Farmhouse were great as well. Savannah was able to make me a delicious cocktail that was not on the menu. Justus was very friendly at breakfast! And the breakfast was also delicious (the bacon was as perfectly crispy!). ||||We can’t wait to go back, either as a family or on a romantic weekend.

Had an amazing time! Now, listen, that man Pablo will change your life. Make sure to do a spa package or some sort of package so you can work with him. He helped to make my wife’s birthday super memorable and even had a bath drawn waiting for us when we got to the room. Absolutely impeccable customer service and the Serenbe Inn are super lucky to have him! The grounds are great and is great getaway just 30-40 min from Atlanta (limited traffic)

Decided to do the 48 hour package at Serenbe to get some me time and reset within an hour of home in metro Atlanta. The Inn staff were all friendly and welcoming. Pablo was my assigned butler/concierge and he was wonderful making sure the room had great finishing touches and making sure I had everything i needed. This package included a golf cart to get around the whole hamlet. It also gave credits for dining there at 3 restaurants. Had a great dinner at the Farmhouse restaurant. I had gotten a room at the lakehouse. This is a shared space- and shared thermostat. This particular evening was chilly. I had put the thermostat to 72. Unfortunately the people in one of the other rooms decided this was too warm and turned the air on. A gentleman knocked on my door and said it was like 80 degrees in their room. I said I understood putting the air on for a bit to bring the temp down but I figured we could come to some compromise seeing that the low that night was 39. When I brought that up he said yeah but we are inside so I saw there was no compromise there. I slept ( or tried to) in an icebox that night. One of the times I Woke up in the 2 am hour was to the TV in the common area blaring with noone out there when I went to look and eventually turned it off. First thing the next morning I went to guest services. Aurica was very sympathetic and immediately set about correcting this for me. Pablo came with breakfast in bed and also bent over backwards to help me. I had a horseback ride on the trail with Kristal and Addie who were great and by the time that ride was over my room was ready. This room in the mainhouse was great- well appointed and best of all my own thermostat. Rest of the evening was great. The next day my last morning there I had spa services as part of the package. I arrived at the spa, checked in and changed. After my therapist did not show up to get me i waited 10 minutes and let the staff know. They said the therapist had not shown up and hadnt called them back. The manager first said they would do my other service a facial first and then try and get my massage done. After waiting another 30 minutes someone else came back to tell me they couldnt do my massage but i could do a 90 minute facial. I told them forget about it and left the spa. I went back to the front desk and Aurica and Sarah another young lady that had been helpful throughout this process. Pablo had been made aware of the situation and again was wonderful. He offered me either a free night with those services another time or to give me back a night. I chose the latter as I had no intention on returning to the spa. Again the staff at the Inn itself I cant say enough about and these incidents were beyond their control and so for a weekend that didnt really deliver the decompression I was looking for Pablo,Aurica and Sarah are definitely why Im giving a 3 out of 5 review.

I keep coming back. I booked the Treat Yourself package for my birthday and it was perfect. Included in this is Butler services and Pablo D. was absolutely wonderful. He took care of everything and regularly checked in to make I was comfortable. So nice to be taken care of when you take care of others. All staff was great.

Spent a weekend away with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for and more. Top-notch service from Pablo, our assigned butler as well as exquisite meals at The Hill and the Farm House restaurant, massages at the Serenbe Spa, riding horses on the trail with a picnic lunch, and relaxing in the hot tub and our comfortable room. We’ll be back. The perfect getaway!

This place was exactly what I needed. I booked the "Treat yourself Package" and it was wonderful. The package included spa services, butler service for the entire stay, breakfast in bed, wine, and other treats to make your stay relaxing. Pablo was my butler, and he was very attentive. Upon my arrival, he had my room set up with a bubble bath, charcuterie, chilled wine, and a variety of desserts. He anticipated my needs during my stay, and it was wonderful having someone wait on me. The 2 nights I stayed were cold and rainy. All I wanted to do was get away, be pampered, relax, and have some peace and quiet. All of that was achieved at the Inn at Serenbe. It's surprisingly close to the city, but you feel like you're thousands of miles away from Atlanta. I will most definitely return to enjoy Serenbe when it warms up, but having the peace and quiet on those cold rainy days was great, too. I told all of my friends about it, and they're interested in planning a visit soon.

The "48 hours in Serenbe" package provided the perfect itinerary for my spouse and I to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary! The attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff was unmatched....from the initial welcome amenity in our room at the Inn (complete with rose petals, a hand written welcome note, and champagne!) to the turn down service each evening, to the additional treats left in our room when we returned from activities each day....our Butler, Pablo Dean, was truly a jewel! We took a private yoga class, which allowed us to re-connect as a couple and appreciate each other's presence in such a tranquil space. We had a wonderful couple's massage, and enjoyed delicious meals and juices at The Hill Restaurant, Halsa, and Bamboo Juice! Christina, our wine tasting and dinner pairing sommelier was very knowledgeable and curated very thoughtful tasting and culinary experiences for us at the Inn. Exploring the beautiful grounds in our assigned golf cart was refreshing and fun. We loved our experience at The Inn at Serenbe and will surely return when we want to celebrate or just get away to unplug with some great food, fresh air, friendly faces, and awesome natural scenery!

The Inn is beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious! The personal touches and customer service were top notch. I would definitely stay here again. We hiked miles of trails, enjoyed the labyrinth, jumped on the trampoline, visited the animals, and loved going into the Serenbe community.
