We loved our stay and appreciated the extra care the owners and staff provided. Our room was impeccable in every detail~ immaculate and tastefully updated with quality fixtures, quiet fans...perfect for us at an affordable price. Our every need was met and our needs were anticipated and prioritized. When I initially spoke with Ruby Berry, I mentioned I am HSP (highly sensitive to fragrances, petrochemicals & noise) and she recommended the most perfect room for us, which far exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and comfortable, and included a loveseat which gave us seating options to binge-watch our favorite TV series during stormy weather...going outside for walks between downpours. Next time we will come during nicer weather, but all things considered, we feel very fortunate you provided perfect options for us. We ate at fun, delicious restaurants and toured Old Town ~ Amazingly, there were plenty of sun-breaks and we took advantage of them all. We especially loved the beach and amenities conveniently located just a short walk from our room. Thank you! We'll be back xoxoxo

I don’t remember the name of the guy who work the night shift that checked us in. But he was really nice and friendly. He even went and turned on the heater in our room to heat it up for us. The room was fairly priced , and very clean! They even had an extra blanket for us to use in the room. It looked newly remodeled and even had Paramount + TV so I was able to catch up on my favorite shows. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. The only thing I was upset about was that I didn’t have more days to stay. Hopefully I can go back soon. This place is a 10 out of 10!

Convenient location, good price. I reserved a room at the lowest end of the pay scale. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. I liked the kitchen setup - sink, counter, fridge, microwave. Loved the little radio clock - it had “white noise” options which perfectly offset the road sounds. Easy to connect to wi-fi. Courteous owners. Easy to walk safely into old town and enjoy some sightseeing.

The ideal location if you’re visiting Bandon! It’s literally across the street from Old Town Bandon with all the awesome shops and amazing food. Check in was flawless and quick, room was spotless, shower was nice and hot, beds were comfy. 10/10 Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed at The Inn at Old Town and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and newly renovated. The couple who refurbished the property did a fantastic job—it’s contemporary, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. However, despite these positives, there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.||||The in-room coffee maker was a major disappointment. It was a single-cup model that produced something closer to weak tea than coffee, and only two single-serve pods were provided. To make matters worse, there’s no coffee available in the office or a lobby area, so if you're someone who enjoys decent coffee in the morning, you'll need to either bring your own coffee maker or drive to find some. The creamer was a packet of powdered whitener, which didn’t help matters.||||Another significant issue was the heating system. It was incredibly loud, turning on and off all night like something from an airplane hangar. We ended up turning it off just to get some sleep. The mini-refrigerator in the room was also noisy, adding to the disturbance.||||The TV situation was similarly frustrating. It only had Roku, which was difficult to navigate, as mentioned in other reviews. While we didn’t come to the coast to watch TV, it would have been nice to have something more user-friendly without needing assistance from the staff.||||Lastly, for those with mobility concerns, be aware that if you're assigned a top-floor room, you’ll have to climb several flights of stairs as there’s no elevator.||||While we appreciate the cleanliness and the effort that went into the renovation, the combination of no decent coffee, poor sleep due to the loud heater and refrigerator, and a frustrating TV setup made our stay challenging. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I had a great stay at the Inn this week. You can't beat the location near old town - tons of eateries a short walk away. Plus, the hosts were incredibly helpful. They kindly gave me ear plugs to help me cope with a noisy spouse. After I checked out, I went golfing at Bandon Dunes, and planned to drive straight home to Seattle. While I was on the course, they alerted me that I had left a phone charger behind, and then kindly offered to drop it off at the course so I wouldn't have to double back. Now that is great service.

This place was very nice and relaxing. The only down fall is the road noise, but everything else from the customer service to the shower was amazing. I’d most definitely stay here again.
