We have stayed in many, many hotels in many different places. This hotel stay easily ranks in the top five! Everything about our stay was just about perfect. The room was clean, amenities were spot-on, but most importantly, every encounter with hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The attention to detail elevated our experience because it felt like our every need was anticipated and provided for. Management is to be commended for fostering a true focus on customer service; it is evident from the moment one pulls up to the valet in front of the hotel. And there’s a jazz club in the building!

This is a wonderful place. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The gym is nicely equipped. We enjoyed good food in the Italian restaurant. With the University around you always feel safe to stroll around Campus.

As our son is a freshman at Auburn, The Hotel at Auburn is our go to hotel. It is really nice, with an incredibly convenient location across the street from campus, and walking distance to downtown Auburn. The restaurant is great and the employees are quite nice and helpful. My only complaint, and it is a big one for me, is that the fitness center needs upgrading, particularly the treadmills and the rowing machine. The treadmills have not been maintained recently and barely work, and only sort of work with extra effort as the speed buttons have fallen off on both units and the touchscreen also is faulty. While on it, without touching anything, the machine sped up from 4 mph to 7.5 mph, and nearly threw my knee out. The rowing machine requires an app to log in (apparently), which makes it take extra steps just to get the machine working. I strongly recommend that hotel management improve the gym ASAP. For those of us who want a good gym with their nice hotel, this is a must. If its not functioning well (the gym), this may be a deal killer for me (and likely for others).

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was nice, service was amazing! We ordered room service and it too was fantastic. Loved the shower. I have never experienced a shower head like this! Even the toiletries were the best! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby, which is a good thing because the restaurant in the hotel was no good. We ordered two pizzas, they said to come get it in an hour. We went down a little early but the food was clearly at least 15 minutes old, and my pizza was burnt. The Cesar salad dressing was odd and the lettuce was mostly core pieces. Additionally it was strange that the bathroom had no fan, so the whole room way too humid for hours after a shower.

It was very noisy at night time but at least a little noise is to be expected so close to the campus.

We did like that the temperature control had an option to keep the fan on all night, much better than sleeping in a silent hotel.

Excellent! From the moment you pull up to the hotel and is greeted by Valet, to entering the gorgeous Lobby then up to your suite, the staff, the facilities, the whole experience was simply excellent. Room was chic, immaculately cleaned and not noisy. My floor had also had a free snack bar for all guests on that floor, which was a really nice touch. I checked in mid afternoon and left to attend an event. When I came back, turndown service team came in and organized my room and prepared the bed. What a delightful surprise! I had breakfast in the Arricia restaurant and the omelette was scrumptious. Again, friendly efficient and timely service here too.

Definitely go here instead. They take time to make your stay perfect! I can’t wait to get back.

Hotel was perfectly situated to explore the campus. Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Also very close to the town so no car needed once arriving. The restaurant on premises had a great breakfast and the bar was lively and even has jazz some nights. Highly recommend!

This is a very clean and upscale hotel! It is within walking distance to many shopping and eating establishments.the hotel staff was exceptional. The in house restaurant was really good as well. Auburn is a beautiful place and I would highly recommend the Hotel at Auburn University!
