We pulled up to the motel and there was a distinct smell in the air of the stockyard right on the other side of the fence. Totally understandable then my 4 year old and I walked into the office to rent a room and my 4 year old asked if he could please go back outside because it stinks in here. The stockyard smelled better than the stench of the office. I would recommend a clothespin on your nose if you plan on staying at that motel. I was forced to give them a star, because I had no option of zero stars.

Definitely would stay clear of this place the people working the office are running drugs out of it. The rooms are dirty the smell from something being smoked in room next door gave me headache. So much strange traffic all night from one room. Definitely stay with caution. I was worried about my car getting broken into and the obvious drug users coming and going. I even seen a local post about the office people being wanted for bad checks. Definitely stay away.

Older hotel with basic services and good value. No pool or breakfast services. Basic queen or king size bed options. In room coffee is provided. All rooms open to the outside. It has two levels with stairs only to the second level. Nice large parking lot which should accommodate any vehicle size.

We stayed one night....it was the night the new managers took over they went above and beyond and we checked in very late and still got amazing service

Not sure how to rate my stay bed was comfy slept good but didn't have any pillow cases that was strange. 🤔 But would say this place lacks management. Room was not very clean and worst of all they never informed me that the hot water heater was down I went to the front desk and asked the lady about the hot water not working and she was well aware it wasn't working but told me they'd try to get it going tonight yet but next mornin still no hot water. I honestly think I would have rated it a 5 if I had been able to shower up good with warm water and the room would have been slightly cleaner the room didn't feel very welcoming 2/1/2024 room 104

I was very pleased with my stay at the Hertiage Inn, my room was very clean and refreshed and smelled so clean the Heritage inn is very affordable for me and i was mostly pleased with the management they got me checked in rather quickly and even walked me down to my room and also carried my luggage to my room for me I would most definitely stay at the Heritage Inn every time im in Fairview Oklahoma

The office smells like urine, the people they have running it are untrustworthy and need to be under criminal investigation!! I was assaulted by a male employee on camera and the owners allowed him to stay and run the place!! RIDICULOUS

Awesome friendly helpful people running this place. Rooms were surprisingly nice for the price. Can't seem to understand why it was so vacant. I would Stay here over the other options in town.
