The hotel is great! The room was amazing, very modern, and sleek. The hallway and entrance smelt amazing. The one downfall is the staff. They were nice, although on multiple occasions, they had private conversations in front of guests. One worker wore pajama bottoms while working the front desk area. There also seemed to be a previous employee hanging around the breakfast area. Overall I would recommend the hotel. There are many places to visit within walking distance of the hotel.

Extremely nice hotel in a great location in a beautiful town! Within walking distance of the amazing MAD facilities & numerous exceptional dining locations. The staff was friendly, the property was well kept & very up to date.
The only drawback is there were some minor areas of the ADA room that could prove difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. Other than that I highly recommend!

We booked the hotel online and we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable beds. We arrived in the late afternoon and decided to eat and have cocktails at the hotel restaurant. All the staff was great we will return and would recommend.

Had a one night stay, great location! Brittany at the front desk was awesome! The room was comfortable and clean. Full bar, music, sitting areas inside and outside. The bartender was great! Staff were all friendly from front desk to housekeeping. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when in El Dorado!

Room was clean, bathroom clean and quality products. The turndown service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for your stay while in El Dorado.

An interesting Hilton property. Nice rooms, very firm mattress and friendly front desk ( afternoon of 3/22). Pool area was a relaxing bonus but turned into a major party central for locals after dark, including loud music. Late evening front desk girl told me " it's alright, I done know them". Breakfast crew in kitchen were loud enough to hear in the lobby. ( " I hate these sh#tty eggs" could be heard repeatedly. ) Breakfast was on par with hotel fare. Sunday morning front desk girl didn't care to speak to anyone. Parking is limited and employees use the handicapped spots up front.

The Haywood is THE nice place to stay in El Do. This was a business trip, and I wanted a nice place to stay. This Tapestry Collection hotel has very nice rooms that are super clean, comfortable and quiet. There is lots of free parking and a charging station. The pool is nice to. The bar is fun and has nice snacks with good drinks at fair prices. Breakfast is a buffet of cooked hot things and the other cold stuff is pretty standard. I was hoping for a little nicer breakfast. All-in-all an A+ place to stay in town.

The hotel, room and the bar/restaurant are extremely nice and located within walking distance to other restaurants and bars. The only reason for my 3-Star rating is because the beds are about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. For the cost of the rooms, I would have expected more comfortable beds. I stayed here for a week for a work trip and woke up in pain every morning with little sleep from trying to get comfortable.
