I recently dined at The Hangry Goose and loved it! The food is delicious and healthier than most places. For example, the home fries are baked, not fried yet still delicious. They offer a wide enough menu to accommodate most people including a fantastic vegetarian Garden Burger with tasty toppings, and I enjoyed the Goose Burger, which I recommend.

The decor is charming, and there's also outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

Overall, The Hangry Goose is a great spot for tasty, healthier food, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Simple meals but good prices and tastes great! All the staff are so friendly. Beautiful view while you eat if you are sat in front of the big window. Food came quickly as well. There is outdoor seating available for the warmer months right next to the lake.

I brought my grandparents here for mother's day. I had wanted to try out this place since Google recommended it to me and it did not disappoint. I decided to get the Belgian waffle with strawberries & cream, chocolate chips, and banana. Syrup is not included, and with what I put on top, wasn't necessary anyway. I also got a poached egg. Everything was excellent.

My grandparents also both thoroughly enjoyed their meals and said they would come back again. The area we were seated on was near the patio with a beautiful view of the water and more open than the room to the right when you enter. We were well attended to, the staff was friendly, the music wasn't too loud, and it was tastefully decorated. I'm definitely planning on coming back for breakfast again.

After visiting the Florence Griswold Museum, a group of us went to The Hangry Goose for lunch. It was within walking distance. On a busy Friday afternoon, they were able to accommodate our party of 8. The menu offers many choices from salads, sandwiches, burgers and entrees. They also serve breakfast in the morning. 5 of us ordered the Special Winter Salad which was fresh greens, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, grilled chicken and a cranberry vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious! Two opted for salmon instead of chicken and the others had a classic burger, BLT and gyro sandwich. Everyone was please. Our server was Iris. She was excellent! I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

I tried breakfast here for the first time today. The service was good, prices about average. The pancakes were good, as well as the bacon. The sausage links were definitely not high quality, they looked like the frozen ones you get at the grocery store. The hash browns were cut a tad too small . The scrambled eggs were just average. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

Our first breakfast there was great. They have very attentive and friendly wait staff. Food was perfect, hot and delicious. Actually went back the next morning for a quick bite before getting on the road. Service again was good and quick. Food was just as good the 2nd time there.
