Best budget motel in Gainesville. We stayed for 5 days. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everyone at the front desk was nice and extremely helpful. We also had two kitties with us, so it's pet friendly. They constantly have people keeping the property cleaned up as well. Definitely recommend

If you're looking for a nice, affordable and clean place to stay in Gainesville, THIS IS IT!
We have family in the area and needed a central place to stay. I'm very choosy about where I stay, the Guest Lodge fits all my needs. Its close to everything and can be accessed from every direction easily. The room prices are definitely inside my budget and well worth what you're getting for your dollars.
The staff are the best from the front desk to house keeping, even the gentleman who does the grounds n building maintenance took the time to offer help if needed.
My wife and I have physical issues, the reservation n front desk staff were more than helpful n went in my opinion over and above to accommodate us.
This was a excellent experience and we will be using and Recommending Y'all to All our friends and Family coming to Gainesville.

My best friend and I stopped in for a little get away. The guest lodge was easy to locate. The woman at the front desk was very polite and gave us very clear directions to our room.

Our room was VERY clean and it was staged perfectly. We smelled a hint of cigarettes but notified the front desk immediately, where she made a note of it.
Overall was a great experience.

Me, my daughter and husband stayed at the hotel due to our water pipe freezing, our experience was phenomenal. There was a housekeeper her name was Carmen Hernandez she kept our room spotless and was very attentive. She was so sweet to our daughter. I recommend staying at this hotel!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The moment we got there, we were greeted by such a friendly front desk lady. The only down side I could think about was that there was a train somewhere close enough I could hear it, but it wasn’t bad enough to warrant a complaint. The beds were clean, the room was clean, and my wife and daughter loved the outdoor spaces. The hot water on demand was nice, especially since it was so chilly outside. Thanks for a great stay.

I remember this hotel from 40 yrs ago! They did a great upgrade to make it charming and more up to date. I love the tile walls in the bath tub, the shampop etc dispenser on the wall (better for environment than small bottles), the "wipe your paws" rugs at the pet friendly rooms and the little pillow with a dog on it. It made us feel welcomed and not feeling like we were given the worst room because we had a pet. The outdoor sitting areas were quaint and inviting. Only 2 negatives were the sirens (being close to a fire station, I think), and the continental breakfast was behind the service desk.

Nice room, clean. Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice if it was self serve. Food is kept behind the front desk and the person behind the counter toasts your bagel and hands you what you want.

Very accommodating! The night audit was helpful with a late check-in and had excellent customer service. The morning staff and owner were very kind and the whole establishment was clean and tidy. Thank you for a great experience!
