I have somewhat mixed feelings about this property, mostly because it doesn’t quite live up to its full potential in its current form.

The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the location. It’s centrally situated within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and restaurants. You don’t need a car, as even destinations outside the Historic District are easily accessible via Uber or Lyft. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned, and I appreciated the industrial aesthetic—especially the choice to expose just one wall, which nicely captured the intended vibe. The inclusion of locally roasted coffee was a thoughtful touch, and the in-unit washer and dryer were especially convenient for a longer stay.

However, the property lacks attention to detail in a few areas. The windows were quite dirty, and the combination of sliding and traditional doors felt a bit incoherent—especially since the sliding doors didn’t have working stoppers to keep them open or closed. The light switches and outlets were somewhat chaotic. In one area, a row of five switches had no labels, and they didn’t correspond in any logical order to the lights in the room. One of the bedside lamps was controlled by a wall switch while the other was not, which was confusing.

I also wasn’t a fan of the windowless bedroom, and the absence of any wall art made the space feel a bit stark. While I didn’t hear any street noise, I could clearly hear footsteps from the guest above. Lastly, the bathroom sink was missing a drain plug, which made it easy to accidentally lose small items like rings.

Bottom line: I would consider staying here again at an attractive price point, but I’d hesitate to pay full price given the current state of the property.

Super happy we chose the Grant for our week stay in Savannah. Our room was beautiful yet simply designed. Loved the rustic / modern charm too! More than enough space for all 5 of us and everything we'd need to stay in although the delish dining options In walking distance, made that hard to do. Loved the setting and location, Just a little outside noise but we expected that due to busy downtown location. All-N-all; LOVED the whole experience and will definitely be returning, soon hopefully. Y'all gotta check this place out!!

The apartment was very nice! Tall ceilings! Very comfortable and CLEAN! Loved the bedroom; it was nice and dark when the doors were shut. Walking distance of our interests. The only drawback was parking. We parked in a garage 3 blocks away.

The room was spectacular. We were able to park our car on Friday and walked everywhere the entire weekend. Great location with lots to do in any direction. Checking in and out was so easy. The room was also very clean and great furnishings and accommodations. We will definitely return.

This is in a great location, central to all the good restaurants and shops. Close walk to River Street. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, easy check in and access but feels safe and secure as well. Street parking along the road all around (pay to park as expected) but it was nice to be able to park right outside if you get a spot. We would all stay there again.

The apartment was wonderful, and the location was great. The management was very responsive. The only reason I have a 4 for Service is that I am not a fan of the totally virtual business model. Call me old fashioned!

I would definitely book here again. I have already recommended it to a friend who is thinking of traveling to Savannah.

Amazing location in the heart of historic Savannah. The check in was easy and the room was well stocked with essentials. This room is located above a busy street, so we were glad to have packed ear plugs, but had no issue staying there with our small child.

The Grant made our trip to Savannah. Its location was within easy walking distance of everything downtown. Broughton Street can be a bit noisy at night; however, we could not hear the street noise from the bedroom. The exposed brick and decor contributed to the Savannah charm. Communication from The Grant was great which made check-in and check-out smooth. We are definitely staying here on our next trip.
