We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed—they truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was also fantastic—delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or just a snack, every meal impressed us. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

In this day of such poor attitudes and the service associated with the attitude, it was refreshing to have the exemplary service and pleasant attitudes we experienced. Everyone we dealt with in the all facets of the operation were pleasant, enjoyable to interact with and made the stay fun.
The multitude of choices of activities that are available are remarkable. We wish we had taken the time to explore all of the services available to us before we arrived. I doubt we saw 1/10 of what is available.
Dining here exceeds the experiences we have enjoyed at many Micheline and Zagat rated restaurants. Gatsby blew us away. The service from Mackenzie, the quality of everything we ordered, and the layers of flavor were outstanding.
Thank You for the management that did all of the background work to make our stay as pleasant as it was.

We will definitely be returning.

If you are looking for a resort experience in the middle of an Ohio community, this is the place to go!!! From the moment you walk in the door you feel as though you are no longer in suburbia, rural Ohio. They give you a bracelet for your room so that you never have to lose your card or find somewhere to put it while trying out the pool, gym or spa. The restaurants are delightfully delicious. Spent one evening in the Gatsby listening to a professional piano player while eating a delicious filet!. If you are looking for a resort get-a-way without having to get into a plane, drive to Warren to stay in the Grand Resort!

Easy check in, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was beautiful. Beautiful property, lots of views of the pool and golf course. Gatsby's was closed for dinner so we ate at ChopHouse and it was phenomenal. The indoor pool was kind of chilly so we floated in the Roman Bath, which, even in winter, was great. The bed was OK but the pillows are awful - there are six on the bed and none of them were comfy! But the room was great otherwise. Tons to do there wish we had more time. Definitely recommend

This is most definitely the place to stay if you’re around this area! The staff were super accommodating and friendly! I didn’t have one problem. There’s plenty to do and you’ll never have a dull moment here for sure!

Rooms are nothing more than a holiday inn. Embassy suites have far better basic rooms than what you provide. Just because you have woodwork everywhere and bougie wallpaper doesn't classify you as a resort. Go visit a real resort in places like Orlando then take a look at what you have here. I'd rather stay somewhere else next time.

This place lived up to my expectations. We had excellent services at the spa. Our room was a jacuzzi suite and very spacious. Pet friendly huge plus. We ate at the Chop House, which isn't part of the hotel, but it was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was good though.
Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. Too cold for outdoor pool.
I would certainly stay here again.
