We had an amazing lunch here today. Tried several items such as deep fried ravioli, pizza, beer, hamburger, and pulled pork. The ravioli was just perfect, as the pizza slice was tasty and not too saucy. The hamburger was average, but the wife loved her pulled pork sandwich. Her onion rings needed a little more hot oil time. The fries were very good and required no ketchup. The wide selection of beer was above par. I would say go and enjoy!

Stopped in while on a road trip through the area. The place has plenty of seating with a wood themed open air ambience. The service is friendly and exceptional. Given that this is a chain location I didn't have high hopes for the beer but I was pleasantly surprised. The pumpkin Porter I had was excellent. We would certainly return here

Good mediocre, unevenly cooked and cold. Ordered a prickly pear lemonade drink that was served warm and no lemonade flavor, more like sugar water. Service was unfriendly, unprofessional, slow and non attentive. Disappointed as the atmosphere was appealing (warm inside though, no air flow) and seems like new. Won't go back.

When we walked in a woman told us to sit anywhere. There were no menus, we had to ask for them. You also go get your own drinks. It was 96° and there was no A/C. I had the spinach & artichoke dip and it tasted terrible, like it was made of condensed milk instead of sour cream and cream cheese. My friend had a calzone and was not impressed at all. He said my tortilla chips were better than the bland flavor of the calzone. There weren't any napkins or cutlery at the table and they didn't come with the food. The waitress never came back to see if we needed anything, or how the food was, and we had to flag her down to get the check. Then they added a 3% fee for using a credit card. I wish I'd read the reviews before visiting, because it seems like this is the typical experience, which is the worst part!

Wow! That was a great burger. I had the beast burger and was not prepared for how good the blueberries would be! The combination of meats, blueberries, peppercorn bacon was amazing. The service was great and the atmosphere was casual.

Our food came out fast once we finally got our server to pay attention to us. However, my meal didn't come with half of the toppings listed and the one topping that was on there was a full uncut roasted pepper that could be bitten into. I asked for seasonal veggies instead of fries and got both fries and raw, slightly warmed broccoli. We had to ask for utensils and were brought only 2 forks, no napkins or anything else to use to eat out meal with. We would have been better off dealing with the wind outside than all the flies in the building! I guess this would be a good place if all you want is alcohol and appetizers and to be left alone and unattended.

Happy my husband & I were finally able to eat at the Grand Canyon Brewery. This restaurant has a variety of food, drinks, beers, wine etc., in other words, something for everybody. If you want to enjoy the outside, they do have seating available outdoors.

The staff was great. I ordered an alcoholic beverage which I was not happy with, but our waitress was quick to remove it from our bill. Although they were short staffed, on the day we came in, they (staff) were friendly & attentive.

And the Grand Canyon Brewery is a dog friendly restaurant! 🐕

Thank you Autumn, Destiny and Aiden! A good burger in the middle of the desert can be hard to find, but Canyon Brewing and Distillery has got a lock on flavor for sure. I will drive far for this amazing flavor, casual but very welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service with great prices. YUM!
