Awesome hotel! Good staff, nice beds, beautiful bathrooms… Wish prices weren’t so jacked up on weekends to stay here though, even as a gold rewards member. Also, if anyone from Foxwoods sees this review- I WISH you all would open the craps table at Fox Tower Casino more often (and at $10 or $15 min). It’s always closed! It would help keep that part of the casino more lively and I feel like the beautiful blue felt on that table is going to waste just collecting dust like that.

I stayed at The Fox Tower hotel and had an excellent experience. The room service was quick and courteous, the rooms were clean and spotless, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The food was especially delicious with a wide and high-quality selection. Additionally, the casino at the hotel added to the experience and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fox Tower overall is an excellent stay. The room we had was a king bed and it was very clean, tidy, and overall excellent. That bathroom with walk in shower was very nice and pretty high end. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Now I must say when checking in, I wish they had more staff. They did work relatively fast giving each person respect and did not rush anyone. However, expect very long line and to be waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. Checking out, is the complete opposite; 5 minutes tops.

Overall if looking to stay overnight at Foxwoods, the Towers is a great stay. If you don’t mind staying off site, there are definitely other, cheaper options.

Great views and nice rooms! Definitely will be trying the other hotel next time as it’s in a better location and has a pool. Was very disappointed to find out after we got there that fox tower didn’t have a pool ( the spa has one and you have to pay $80 to use it ) but the other hotel has one for free.

Decent if you are looking for something new to do or are bored. Don't expect anything to be 'wow' though. From the clubs to the eating places to the crowd, it was very average. Roulette tables were pretty good and the staff were friendly. Also I did appreciate the free parking. The free drinks on the casino floor are also an added bonus.

The check in at Foxwoods is atrocious. I arrived at 2015 on a Friday night, walked into Foxwoods lobby, and saw a line at least 30 parties deep. Only two staff members were checking people in. It was at least an hour wait. This is absolutely unacceptable with hotel prices so high. They need to address this, until then I cannot recommend this hotel.

If you’re looking to stay at Foxwoods Resort Casino, I DO NOT recommend staying in Fox Tower. Pequot Tower is much better as the rooms are updated and cleaner and close to the main casino and restaurants. Fox Tower is extremely outdated and the rooms are very worn, outdated, and disorganized (our room had stains on the furniture and blinds, and all of the furniture looked like it had been thrown around and half broken). The rooms are in desperate need of updates. The check in lines are outrageous (as confirmed by other guests), and it is a far walk from the other parts of the casino.

For the price they are charging, I cannot say the rooms are worth even half of that. We love Foxwoods and the customer service is 5 stars, and we are big fans of Hells Kitchen and the other restaurants on site, but I recommend staying anywhere but the Fox Tower, as it is unfortunately, a very deflating hotel experience.

For my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a getaway at Foxwoods and stayed at the Fox Tower. Let me just say—OMG! The newly renovated room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire floor had that fresh, brand-new scent.

The only downside was that both nightstand lamps weren’t working due to some electrical issues from the renovations. They offered me another room, but I didn’t want to risk missing out on the upgraded space. I shared my concerns, and the supervisor was incredibly kind—she even gave me a $50 discount for the inconvenience!

Overall, it was a great escape for the night. I had dinner at Junior’s Restaurant, where the staff was super friendly, just like every other team member I interacted with at Foxwoods. Their hospitality was top-tier! I’ll definitely be back for another stay.
