Gretchen worked closely with me to create a perfect menu for a special event. She was very creative and very responsive. Then Marley arrived at our house to set up for the event and oh my! The way she laid out the charcuterie tray and other delectable foods - she was an artist! And then the food tasted every bit as gorgeous and delicious as it looked! We received so many compliments from our guests, everyone raved about the food:) Gretchen and her staff also cleaned up my kitchen and serving area beautifully, making it so easy to enjoy my own event!
