The food was all homemade and excellent. We had the chicken tortilla soup to start. Lots of chicken and very good. My husband had catfish, coleslaw and red beans which he said was delicious. I had the BLT which was great! If you have gluten issues they have GF bread and breading! They also don't cross contaminate the fryer. I was greatly impressed.

We were headed to Durant for a concert but wanted to grab dinner before the casino and didn't want a chain. This place delivered a delicious home cooked meal that was perfection. The chicken was fried perfectly and everything was fresh. Excellent service and a lot of charm! Worth the stop!

I had the hamburger steak, dad had chicken fried steak, and my uncle had fried catfish. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We had the best service. Everything was cooked like an old school Cafe.

We stopped in on our way back to Dallas and couldn’t have had a better experience. We arrived at 11:30 am (after breakfast). They were gracious enough to make us breakfast and fresh coffee. The eggs, bacon, and hash browns were perfectly cooked. They also have gluten free options which was awesome! The service was fantastic. We will definitely make this place a staple when we travel on 75.

This place was great. The service was so welcoming, like you were at home. I giggled at the woman who made the meatloaf ask a regular why he didn't eat it all. Giving him a little bit of grief. The food is good homemade comfort food. Like, delicious! This is worth a stop.

This is a small little diner , clean , food was delicious, taco tuesday was great . The folks there are really kind . This is a diamond in the rough . They make pies . A cute little spot for lunch . Several diners spoke to me and was friendly .

Although we live in Colbert, we neglected this little gem in our back yard. Our waitress was so nice, maybe high school age. We got the chef salad with grilled chicken and the chicken tenders basket. Our food was so good. We will definitely be going back.

This is down home cooking in a sweet little place. I tried the chicken fried chicken (gluten free version) and they provide GF bread and white gravy. Excellent all around. My group also tried the ABLT and kids chicken strips. The chicken strips are hand-breaded as you order them. Everyone loved their dishes and we will be back.
