Took 30+ mins to get my order after being notified it was ready. All I ordered was fries. 16 orders placed after mine were received before I got mine. Once my fries were done I saw an employee drop some on the counter and he quickly got them and tossed them in the bag. Prices are already over the top for college students, but waiting that long for an order of fries is insane.

The workers are nice and efficient and the atmosphere is nice and clean. Although 3/3 times I’ve come here I’ve received cold food or it being over cooked. You’ll ask why did I come back? I thought that it would get better with different management. The food taste good.. but why pay for food that isn’t fresh. A worker saw me and asked how it was and I explained to her that it was cold.. she then said “why don’t you go microwave it, I don’t want you leaving a bad review” like what-. I felt like I shouldn’t have to microwave my food when it’s supposed to be fresh. I understand if they want to have food prepared before dinner rush but it should be kept warm.

The drop is a very convenient option here on campus for other dining options. As they offer a wide array of options and you have the option of ordering from your phone which I enjoy. Out of the times that I have ordered my food has generally been fresh. Another thing is the atmosphere is very inviting and a fun place to hang out with your friends. Overall would recommend. 5/5
