Rooms and bathrooms are not the most spacious I’ve experienced but they are still nicely updated. Building is a century old and they managed to update the rooms while still maintaining some of the character. I especially appreciated the hard wood floors instead of carpeting in the room. Customer service was good throughout and the hotel is within walking distance of everything in the heart of Savannah and the riverfront. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again on my next visit to Savannah.

We went to Savannah for the first time with two other couples over St. Patrick’s day weekend. We were going to park at the parking garage across the street but it was full so luckily the hotel had openings for valet parking and the guy doing the valet was very nice and helpful. They checked us in early and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable we slept great I wish they could tell me what brand their mattresses were because I’d order one for my home. They gave us a $10 credit to use at the hotel per day and a daily glass of champagne. The eggs Benedict I had in the restaurant was probably the best meal I had in Savannah. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. We didn’t get to experience the bar on the lower level it was closed but we checked out the roof bar which was nice. We really didn’t have any issues when staying here besides having no conditioner but they filled it the next day and maybe adding a hook or two in the bathroom or an extra shelf. I’d stay here again and you can walk everywhere from the location.

The Drayton is a stylish, upscale hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the Savannah River, local restaurants, and a variety of shops. The on-site restaurant requires reservations for dinner, while breakfast and the rooftop lounge operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel exudes a sophisticated, professional atmosphere, making it ideal for adult leisure, but my stay wasn’t without its drawbacks.—First, valet parking is the only option, costing over $40 per day, and the valet driver was not present upon arrival, making parking a bit confusing. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, somewhat unengaging, and failed to mention details such as WiFi access, certain hotel amenities, and the complimentary daily glass of Chardonnay. Additionally, street-facing rooms were quite noisy, and unexpected fees appeared at checkout.—That said, the overall experience was still enjoyable, thanks to the hotel’s stylish design, comfortable rooms, location, and on-site security.

Stayed at the Drayton Hotel on St. Patrick's Day weekend. we were in a perfect room on the 2nd floor in the corner Room 202) with windows overlooking the parade. A little noisy the night before, but to be expected. St. Neo's Restaurant was good for both breakfast and lunch. But the most outstanding feature of our stay was the amazing service by all of the staff. We really appreciated all of the efforts by Brienda, who took very good care of us during our stay.

This hotel is lovely and charming, and the property is centrally located in the city. The parking is valet only, and it's hit and miss whether you find the valet outside when you arrive. We unloaded and loaded our own bags, and decided to park in the garage across the street, rather than wait any longer.
The (upgraded) room was nice (the view was not) and it was very small, but the bathroom was beautiful. Because we're AmEx Hilton Honors members, we receive food and beverage credits each day. We headed to the rooftop bar (the reason we booked at this hotel) to take advantage of the view and our drink credits, and were denied entry because the bar was being used for a gay prom. We went to the bar the next night and were denied entry again because there was a wedding. We actually tried to just sneak in to get our complimentary drinks, take pictures of the view and go, but we were asked to leave.
The hotel also offered a complimentary glass of champagne each day. We were never offered the glass of champagne, we had to ask about it, and the front desk staff seemed a bit put out each time we asked. They were nice enough, but not proactively helpful in any way.
Although the hotel is beautiful and the location is good, we will probably not stay at this Hilton property again, especially considering the price compared to other, more conveniently located hotels.

Its been awhile since I stayed so I'm going to do this the best I can from memory! Traveled down to Savannah for the first time for a wedding. Its a beautiful city with lots to see. This hotel was an interesting stay. I've stayed at a few Hilton Curios and I like that they keep the old school charm. Anyway. I arrived late at night and checked in on the app so I didn't really interact with the staff much. There was a security guard in the lobby when I arrived which I know many find reassuring. The hotel is right on Bay St across the street from the Waterfront district. There are tons of restaurants, bars, coffee and dessert shops, etc within a 5 minute walk. Not to mention historical sites which Savannah is known for. The room was sparce/modern but well maintained. The bed was comfortable. There is a steamer in the room if you need to get some wrinkles out of your luggage. The room also has a Nespresso machine which I like more than the in room coffee makers. They just feel more sanitary. Like any old building, I did hear some noise during the night but nothing too alarming. I didn't try the bar or the restaurant so I can't speak about those. My friends went to the bar the night before I arrived and they said it was fine... Just a run of the mill bar with a pirate theme.

Very good....and interesting...room. i liked the eclectic style. Shower was not my favorite (old fashioned rod and curtain, but being a tall guy water kinda went everywhere). The room was on the small side (king bed suite).
Resturant was excellent. Service was excellent.
Noise from the street but this is what you get for the busy location. Not bad, though (two motorcycles).
Resturant on main level, rooftop bar and grille, basement bar as well.
Will definitely stay here again.

Location of this hotel is excellent; it's close to Riverfront and to nearly anything a tourist would want to do. People working here are very nice too. Lovely rooftop bar area where you also can get some small bites. Downsides: sometimes difficult to retrieve your car (if you need it) as it can take 20 minutes to get it. Also kinda awkward unloading and loading car... There is no way to pull up and unload except in an alley that has been blocked a couple of times since we've been here. Finally hotel has few amenities. No place to work out, no business center, no free breakfast, no concierge level, no pool. If you don't mind that, it's not your standard Hilton either; it's a more interesting hotel. Nice lobby gathering space. I've been very happy here and would come back.
