We called ahead and ordered to go. Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone. The bacon cheeseburger was really good. I might have been too adventurous ordering the bacon peanut butter burger. The pickles, mayonnaise, and peanut butter were a weird combo. The burger buns were soft and fresh. And the fries and sauce were perfect. We would stop here again to eat.

I'm going to stop here every time I'm passing through, and I'd recommend this to everyone. This is better than most pubs in portland I've been to. The menu was full of good options. Food was scrumptious!

We stopped on our way back home. I am so glad we did. The server was awesome! The food was delicious. My husband didn’t even save me a bite of his fish and chips. He devoured it. I got the roast beef melt. I would usually choose french fries but decided on the macaroni salad. It was so good. Side note….bathroom was super clean too. If and when we travel back through it will definitely be a stop.

Loved the atmosphere, service was great. Fryer oil or temp was not right but they made it right. The prime rib dip sand was soooo good. They have a baby's changing station and clean restrooms which is important to a lot of moms!

Frostys in Rufus is unfortunately closed early on Sunday so we tried cowgirls. Seems like the hot spot in wasco but only one server running the restaurant and bar. Michelle was awesome tho and the food was good. Tasty burger and fresh salad. My ribeye was cooked perfectly but over seasoned. Old frozen corn wasn't good but they ran out of mashed potatoes ( we got there an hour before close). Overall good experience and appreciate good service.

Just off Hwy 97 this little show piece has the best atmosphere. Friendly family service till 9pm then it's kicker up a pace with a full bar and great menu items. Play the juke box relax at the nice roomy bar, or play a game of Ballard's/ Darts in the back room. Plenty of room for all.

A wonderful stop along highway 97 if you take time to drive into Wasco. The Dirty Cowgirl is a classic mom and pop style country pub with good greasy spoon entrees and warm hospitality. The burgers are fresh and hearty, the warm sandwiches don't disappoint and don't skip the fried cauliflower. The whole place feels clean and well taken care of. Make sure you stop into town if you're traveling and give the Dirty Cowgirl a try.
