I have dined here before. The mushroom Swiss burger is alway my go to burger and always been great but not tonight. Tonight the mushroom Swiss burger was over cooked the Swiss cheese was not melted the burger was warm. The French fries was warm .My wife's cheese burger was over cooked and warm cheese wasn't melted. She ordered onion rings she said the rings were good.

An unexpected stop en route to Silver City, but a very pleasant dinner. I chose blackened catfish sandwich because a reviewer said it is worth "dying for", it was super, the chef is talented, the hotness to go with it was just right. An earthy place, hot tea served with a little basket of choices. No draft beers. I like this bistro, a shining example of doing simple things right.Friendly services too. In fact, we stay one night at recommendation from our waitress.

The best thing we ate was the cheese curds.We ordered 3 burgers they were just okay. Ordered a beer, and my glass was dirty and had lipstick on the glass, so i drank it out of the bottle.Everything was very par, service was the best thing overall. We will be here for work for a while. dont think we will be going back.

Not only do they have extremely friendly staff, they also have hands down the best breakfest in globe and Miami. Everything is homemade from there giant cinnamon rolls to there gravy from chicken fried steak. Pancakes are soft fluffy and delicious. THANK YOU COPPER BISTRO

Came here on New Years Day 2023, group of 17 people, we called ahead and they said no problem. Definitely a must stop in Globe. Cod and shrimp is great, my wife got the chicken salad, and a friend got the Roco burger. Everything there is great tasting. Excellent people and awesome tasting food. Will definitely try them for dinner next time.

It’s a locally owned diner, not a franchised Dennys. We love this simple greasy spoon. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy skillet thing.
