The Chef and the Wife are fantastic. They handled a small dinner party for us. Jennifer was fun and creative and easy to work with on the planning part. It took a moment to garner a response but once the connection was made communication was timely for the details. I was traveling from California to enjoy a weekend with my family at an Airbnb on Lake Oconee, I did not want anyone to have to cook since our time together was so limited. I searched and found The Chef & the Wife. We had a delicious dinner of beef tenderloin, chicken chasseur, green beans, au gratin potatoes, orzo salad, and rolls with butter. Everything was absolutely delicious. That beef melted in my mouth. Delivery was right on time. Delivery person was very sweet. Dinner was for 10 adults and 2 toddlers. If ever back in that area I would definitely order again from the chef.

Jen and her husband(Chef) catered a dinner for 16 at our cottage at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The communication with Jen was easy and food selection amazing. We had appetizers were hand passed and Evan the bartender made fabulous cocktails for everyone. The food was incredible and when we come back again there is no doubt we will have them prepare our big group dinner. Much more fun then going to a restaurant. Thanks Jen and Chef.

I hired The Chef and The Wife for my wedding in my home. They did my flowers, helped me figure out the best set up, arranged all rentals that weren’t being provided by their company, set up, and cleaned up. THE reason I was able to enjoy my day is because Jennifer was so on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and when it was over, the house was clean and there was no sign of such a big event taking place! We received many compliments on how well everything was done. The food was excellent. The staff was amazing! We have also had the Chef and The Wife over to do a private dinner party and had the same experience with that. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re not hiring them for your party, you’re doing it wrong!!

So many options and packages to fit a wide variety of needs! Jennifer was very communicative, kind, and helpful. We weren't able to continue with our order, but she was so hopeful in responding to our requests and helping us talk through potential menus. I'd highly recommend working with them!

We engaged The Chef and the Wife to cater a corporate retreat dinner at a Lake Oconee rental. Best decision ever! Food and service were impeccable and the process was easy from first inquiry, through menu selection to the dinner itself. All the food was amazing, but tuna tartar on a chef made potato chip is the best appetizer you'll ever eat.

Wow! They were recommended to me and just as I thought, everything was perfect. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. Food was great…and I didn’t have to lift a finger. They handled everything, cleaned up and had such a pleasant, professional team to cater and serve drinks. I will most def. be using them
