I cannot share enough accolades for The Catering Company WNY. From the planning, the customer service, the accommodations to changes, to the delivery & display of the food…top notch! The breads and muffins, the incredibly beautiful and delicious chocolate covered strawberries, the pretty pink chocolate covered pretzels and the veggie cream cheese pizza were enjoyed by all! Our guests can’t stop talking about them! Krista, I’m so thankful for you and for everything that you did for my daughter’s baby shower! It was spectacular!!! XoXo

Krista’s team was FANTASTIC while catering my wedding this August. I was planning my event with very little notice and Krista was the first caterer I contacted who was enthusiastic about catering even though it was short notice. So professional and truly bent over backward to make sure my day was special and ran smoothly. There was a miscommunication about place settings and there was 0 hesitation to assist me by providing the missing pieces. Not one person had anything negative to say about the food! I first used The Catering Company for my wedding a little over a year ago. Krista and her staff made our day, as well our guests time with us - phenomenal. We had a buffet style meal, with assorted deserts, as well as an open bar. For me the day was magical. What Krista and her staff did with the setting, the food, the desserts, and the bar just brought it to absolute perfection. All of our guests were raving about not only our day, but the reception (especially the food and desserts) for quite awhile after.

Since then I’ve used The Catering Company for small buffets, both in a venue, as well as at my house and can’t speak highly enough for Krista’s attention to detail, quality and presentation of the foods from appetizers to main course to desserts!

I would highly recommend her for any size event. Krista and her team will go above and beyond to help in any way they can!

Had Krista and her crew for my wedding. The food was fantastic! Krista bent over backwards for my husband and I since we had no communication from the original venue we booked for our wedding. With 2.5 weeks notice she had everything taken care of for us, including co-ordinating with the new venue and getting the liquor license! Everyone raved about how wonderful the food was. I would recommend the Catering Company to everyone I know (or didn't know) in a heartbeat!

Christmas dinner for 8. Krista was amazing with heating/serving instructions and was a pleasure during the holidays. The spinach/strawberry salad is a must and her stuffing got rave reviews by all. Plenty of leftovers for everyone to take home. We would all highly recommend for any occasion.
