Was in town to trade in my camper and stayed here for the one night. It was self service and pay next morning. AsI was trying to find the overnight RV sites-I was helped by-so sorry I cannot remember your name but he led me to a pull through site-explained everything. Place was clean-offered many amenities but I was just here for the one night. I did take a walk around park and everyone was friendly.
I would definitely stay here again and maybe in future become a snowbird.

In the summer this place is empty. I am sure in the winter it fills up. This is only an over night for us but have stayed many times. The have a large overnight section but over the years they failed to keep them up. I estimate they have 25 overnight sites but on our recent visit only two had power. For that reason call ahead.
As far as the full timer they have many built home so it is very popular. It is very well taken care of with great pools and spa. The bathrooms are spotless and they have a gym, meeting rooms and just about every outside sport you can think of.
They have 3 area for dos all fence.
This is a large facility. I did notice on our visit they have a large solar array. I am not sure it is for the people living there but in Az it makes a lot of sense.
They only serve 55+ but if you want to check it out it is worth your time. Understand this is AZ and in the summer you could see temperatures up to 120. But in the winter it is great and it shows how many people flock here

I'll never stay here again. When we arrived, no one in the office. No information outside of our reservation. I just happened to know what site #. Returned in the morning to pay. Couldn't find my reservation. System kept going down. Finally found it. The balance didn't match my copy. SOOO, she charged the higher amount and said she'd(manager) give me a refund the next day...next day, she couldn't get it to work. Next day she wasn't around.. next day she wasn't there .|Never got the refund by the time we left .|Disputed with credit card....no refund. Caravan Oasis justified it as a "platform fee". What the Hell is that?|Never again will we stay there

Stay here for 4 months. The atmosphere was great. The people were great. Had lots of fun and lots of adventures from there. The staff was great new manager. Was awesome
Harvey, my Fleming's giant rabbits had a great time. 2, he would go out at night. And come back by 8 o'clock for his banana.
And all the people were very nice.
Would recommend it to everyone. It is definitely getting better since the new manager arrive. And it is growing into one of the better places to go

Did not get the site we requested the year before and ended up spending a month close to the highway- very noisy. Some improvements are nice, including the pool area, but still needs significant updating. Customer service needs improvement. No one I talked to was really interested in addressing our concerns. I have heard the new management is doing well and residents are happy with the updates thus far, but we never met or heard from the new manager.

In need of a lot of maintenance in the park. The buildings are always clean but the grounds and roads need attention. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

All sites relatively level. Dirt & gravel parking area with concrete patio. Park is situated away from highway so road noise was not a problem. Nice location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This is not a hotel. It is a senior RV park that has a lot of snowbirds over the winter. Many of the spots have park homes or RVs that are permanently owned. You can bring and stay in your own RV as they have many open spaces. Friends of ours own a unit and we stayed a few days. This is on the eastern outskirts of Yuma and is in a city called Fortuna Hills. It is mostly RV parks for retired and snowbird seniors. I believe they rent units to the public. It is a very nice, very well maintained park. It has two nicely heated pools, pickleball, shuffleboard, volleyball, cornhole and other sports. Has a good library that includes puzzles and dvds. Has a large multipurpose room with kitchen, pool and poker tables and frequent tournaments. Has big laundromat and many restrooms scattered around property.
