It was the absolute BEST! Hotel was beautiful!! Staff was AMAZING - especially Antonio and Sami! They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and all your needs are met. I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed at more hotels than I can count - but this one - was an 11 - on a scale of 1 to 10!

We got a spot here on a great deal through Hotel Tonight and we were welcomed. The place has apparently been recently renovated and looked very nice. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. We did have a couple of issues with the room that we passed on to the staff. The headboard plug ins had no power. The toilet make some kind of horrid gurgling noise all night long at random intervals, like something wasn't venting right. It was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly even with the bathroom door closed. The room was otherwise clean and fully refreshed from the remodel. Staff was very receptive on the comments and took care of us well. Would be happy to come back again soon.

Exceptional service at this first class boutique hotel. Must single out Alyson Frye, Nick at the front desk and Alfredo in the restaurant who really understand the value of service. Beautiful location. Room was basic but clean. The view was great, but I’m certain it wasn’t the summit view I paid for and that’s disappointing. I expected a much higher level of service offerings and the pool was huge disappointment. The staff was nice. The food and beverage team made an effort for our anniversary that redeemed our stay. I would give it another try in the future.

We stayed for one night. Very pleasant experience. Smooth check in and check out. Hotel is on a “boutique” side, has a nice ambience. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped. Staff seemed to be attentive, professional, delivery high quality services.

Not sure how this hotel is classified in google as a 5-star hotel. I stayed here then the Phoenician and the difference is night and day. The pictures are misleading online. The lobby is not that well lit… not a big deal. But the rooms… apparently not all of them were renovated The carpet was different and worn. There was no beautiful red and white checkered furniture or blue accents. Or full mirror in the bathroom.
Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Not bad at all. I simply have higher standards for an autograph collection hotel and am very surprised when google says it’s 5 star but their amenities say otherwise…the complimentary water in the lobby was empty, the woman who checked us in didn’t ask how many room keys we’d like so we only got one.. (minor.. but this all factors into the experience) also… who doesn’t offer water as an amenity Go green but be prepared to offer the fancy aluminum water upon arrival… ESPECIALLY if you’re advertised as a 5 star hotel.. don’t have it listed in the app as an amenity

They completely changed the hotel and made it worse. They took down all of the artwork that made it unique and threw paint at it. The restaurant is different and the menu is boring. The Starbucks coffee counter has been replaced by a coffee spot which serves only a small coffee and the people were rude. The shower curtain had three big bloodstains on it. The shampoo dispenser wasn’t working. The towels were small and they only had two. The blow dryer had so much lint it was barely working. This was such a disappointment because we have enjoyed staying there in the past. They use to provide free water but now you have to buy bottles and refill them at water stations. Customer service is gone. We will not be going back.

I love Marriott. Every place all over the world is exceptional. This hotel was not. Spent 3 hrs trying to check in to our pre booked room. (Got a $10 voucher) Finally got to room and there Is a blood stain on sheets. Ugg. Don't even care at this point. HOWEVER - The staff at the restaurant were fabulous, and food was very tasty so at least those 3hrs were spent well 👌
