My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Bullberry Inn! The location is perfect—close enough to Bryce Canyon National Park for easy access, yet tucked away from the crowds, providing a safe and peaceful retreat. The inn is beautifully maintained, and the family who runs it made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The bed in Room #2 was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. I have high cleaning standards, and they absolutely met them. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the scenic views from the property were breathtaking. I highly recommend The Bullberry Inn to anyone visiting the Bryce Canyon area!

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Bullberry Inn and felt as though we were family guests. We had the pleasure of meeting the three cats, two dogs and the farm animals, along with the entire family. The owners were efficient and friendly and went out of their way to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room and the breakfast room were decorated so nicely and also spotless. And the breakfasts were delicious! Although the inn is located on a fairly busy road, it quiets down almost completely at night, leaving it dark and perfect for star gazing. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby at which to enjoy meals. My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Bullberry and definitely recommend it to anyone traveling around Bryce's Canyon.

The Bullberry Inn is such a gem. Emily does such a wonderful job of making guests feel welcomed. Our stay was full of love and warmth. The rooms are great and have everything you need. The property is located only 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon’s entrance. We stayed here for three nights and had such a great time. Breakfast is top notch and made with love. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Bullberry Inn Bed and Breakfast in Tropic, Utah. The room was cozy and comfortable, located right in Emily and Joe's home, where we felt like part of the family. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to start our day. The inn’s proximity to Bryce Canyon made it a perfect base for exploring the park and its stunning landscapes. Emily and Joe were gracious hosts, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. We highly recommend Bullberry Inn for a warm, home-like experience near Bryce Canyon!

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Emily is a great hostess, made us feel really nice and welcomed, loved her freshly prepared breakfast for us. The farm has so many animals, we loved hanging out with the cats and the very zesty dogs. If we are ever back in this area, we would choose this place to stay again. If you are staying here, take the Scenic Byway Highway 12, you will not be disappointed.

Joe and Emily were the most gracious hosts! Their place is so cozy and the location is prime to access Bryce Canyon. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. We were able to walk around the farm and feed the animals! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast located on the edge of the family farm. Hosts Emily and Joe are such nice folks, making us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. Accommodations were very comfortable. Plenty of parking space.

You can watch the numerous hummingbirds feeding outside the breakfast room window while enjoying the splendid home-cooked breakfast.

You can take a stroll around the immediate area of the farm. The chickens and roosters will greet you as you set off, thinking you have food for them. You'll meet a couple of cows, a bull, goats, pigs, a couple of horses and a donkey.

We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It's only 20 minutes to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. FYI... I you're going to watch the sunrise, the park is open 24 hours, so arrive 45 minutes or so early and you will avoid having to pay the $35 car entrance fee There is plenty of parking at Sunrise Point or Sunset Point. Both places offer great views and are a mere 5 minutes from the park entrance. Beware though, it's VERY cold and windy. We just visited on September 13th. It was 33F when we arrived, and felt like 23F with the wind chill.

We stayed 2 nights during our roadtrip through Utah, and it was lovely. Emily and family are kind hosts. Breakfast each morning was delicious and we enjoyed meeting the family cats and dogs too. Very quiet in the evenings - a much needed quiet stop on our trip!
