I had the vegetable plate. Homemade pinto beans, slaw, seasoned green beans, and a baked potato. I stopped here for the pintos and slaw. Fantastic. My go-to stop when in this area. Great staff. Showers available, plenty of parking. Fyi. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

Very 1970s 1980s, diner atmosphere but do enjoy the food very much. My two go to meals are the trucker Burger which is a "monster" with onion rings and the chopped steak dinner with sauteed mushrooms and onions mashed potatoes with brown gravy and fried okra. The mozzarella sticks aren't that bad either. They allow smoking inside if you're not a big fan of that that may be a drawback also the wait for food takes a while so best that if you're not going to eat there, call in your order ahead of time takes about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare your food but, it's always fresh! Every time I go there it feels like you're stepping back into a time capsule which I do enjoy that aspect very much. If you want to reminisce over the past it's a very good diner just for that atmosphere alone. I gave five stars for the quality of the food. The service I gave four stars to due to timing it takes to receive the food. I also gave four stars for the atmosphere just due to the fact that I don't smoke and would prefer not to be in the smoking atmosphere. If we're not for that would have given five stars for the atmosphere.

Philly was extremely flavorful and fresh, hot. Awesome breakfast. The full-service restaurant and convenience store are both open 24 hours a day. Very friendly staff. They have assorted desserts available if you're interested. A LOT of truck parking in a dirt lot. Parking is 12 dollars unless you get food in the restaurant, they will stamp your receipt for parking. You can smoke in the store and restaurant. Restrooms are clean and well stocked.

If you are of the old school or love the way it use to be at restaurants, fresh meat (not lab produced), HAND PATTED HAMBURGERS, cut fresh STEAKS, fresh CHICKEN (all never frozen or precooked), fresh vegetables (not canned), sweet tea done right with pure cane sugar, homemade pies and a staff that knows all about CUSTOMER SERVICE (not saying they will allow you to walk over them or be ugly, you should not!), and where you can sit down and have an old fashioned meal in the old fashion way, the way it should still be, then this is the place for you. It is so hard to find a good & healthy place to eat, especially for us truck drivers but I have found at least one!! I’m tickled to death and WILL stop here every time I come through!!! Y’all should at least try it once…you will be back!!!

Let see.....this is a what sime of us call "A hole on the wall" restaurant, like a mom and pop owned. As country as it can be and I love it. Service was expedious, cordial, with a smile, and very pleasant. Not fancy by any means, but service and servers were on it.

Food....ordered a bowl of veg beef and boy, it was BIG....not like the ones from a chain restaurant. These folks mean business, and they mean to fill you up by loading the plate with 3x more than what you'd get at most chain restaurants.

Ordered a catfish dinner meal, and I couldn't finish it. Had to take it to go. It was really, really good but I just couldn't eat half of it because it was a lot along with a soup.

All in all, if you are really hungry and eat a lot, this place and their food will likely satisfy your hunger.

Also, they are open 24 hrs with plenty of room for rigs. Come early, because by 2100, it's full.

I love this place. Good food, plenty of truck parking. And I'm pretty sure it's back to 24/7. They even have a chapel service in the parking lot on Sundays.
