The Branch is in a great location and offers that extra special accommodations in Athens! Whether you rent one beautifully appointed room with its own ensuite or all four rooms for a group, like we did, you will not be disappointed! We had a fabulous girls reunion and great UGA football weekend this fall...stadium is just down Baxter Street. It was great fun sitting on the front porch, recounting stories, and enjoying all the college life on Milledge. Ending the evenings around the fire pit out back, watching more games was fabulous. Perfect for any stay in Athens, but especially game days, all the parents weekends, orientation, recruitment, move-in, move-out and graduation and any reunion, like we did!

We had the best college friends reunion in Athens and what made it super relaxing g was that our home away from home for the weekend was The Branch. It is such a beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable , and centrally located house that has the best front porch and back fire pit area for our hang out time . Not a detail was missed in making this a great getaway Athens home away from home.

We so enjoyed our stay! While the area is full of things to do and location super convenient to downtown Athens and the UGA campus - our favorite time was spent embracing the beauty and activity of the immediate neighborhood from the front porch. The house was roomy, well kept, and full of all the needed amenities that made for a worry-free time. The bed was great! And Ceci was the perfect host. We’re sure to be back!

We had the most amazing experience at the Branch on Milledge! We rented all 4 rooms for our daughter's graduation - the location - the yard - the host - All 5 STARS!!!! I was truly luxurious and so tastefully renovated - everyone was so impressed. Ceci was the most gracious host allowing us access to the kitchen to enhance our stay. The backyard and fire pit were magical - and private PARKING on Milledge - could it get better!!! We will will be back!

The Perfect spot for a Reunion! We were all classmates 35 years ago and decided to go back and spend a football weekend in Athens. It was a blast and staying at The Branch made it fabulous. We a beautiful front porch and cozy back yard with fire pit and TV, we were set. We plan to be back next year. Go DAWGS!

TBOM is Athens perfection! We enjoyed a 2 night stay renting all 4 suites for UGA girls reunion. Plenty of space to gather and spread out, the interior and exterior spaces were impeccable. Prime location, super convenient to everything. We made THE BEST memories at THE BEST place to stay in the Classic City!

I had some friends in from Atlanta for a golf tournament and decided to stay at The Branch! Everything was perfect except we didn’t get to stay long enough! We walked to and from dinner ,enjoyed evening cocktails and morning coffee on the front porch and loved all the accommodations!!! I highly recommend The Branch and I can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed at The Branch on Milledge last fall. Our son is a student at UGA, and we came into town to see him and go to a football game. Our room was gorgeous, and very comfortable. The amenities were great too.
