Blenman Inn is a small and intimate boutique hotel experience. In the course of our three day stay, we had such lovely positive interactions with the
on-site mgr, Molly, building services super, Rowan and the friendly, hospitable owner. Homemade cookies and scratch sourdough bread made by owner’s family were such a treat on top of amazing breakfast spreads each morning. Cool pool area to lounge about even in January. Super conveniently placed as you’re in downtown Tucson in a couple of blocks one way and walking distance to some of the gem and mineral show venues in the opposite direction. Unexpected perk was free parking in next door lot. The Blenman Inn was a lucky find!

The Blenman was such a unique place to stay for our anniversary. The historical charm of the building was a great change from any boring hotel room. The staff and owners were fantastic and offered so many great recommendations on restaurants and activities! They were so kind and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. We appreciated the amenities offered and the location was perfect walking distance to all of the fun things downtown Tucson has to offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience and a cozy, friendly environment. We will definitely be back in the future!

An absolute gem, particularly if you want to step back in time to real B&Bs with real families and innkeepers hosting. The care for guests is very clearly first at the Blenman Inn. We mentioned on our way out the door for dinner that we needed to shop for shoes for our event the next day. When we got back, we had a wonderful handwritten card with store suggestions and addresses inside. Personal touches mean everything!

Breakfast is buffet style and homey, great quality and beautifully presented. Tea and coffee are available 24/7, as is the small bar (they ask a mere $5/drink for the latter).

The pool and hot tub are well kept and also 24/7.

Our bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and all amenities were cared for and clean. The pride of ownership is evident at every turn.

Make time to listen to the home's history. Very interesting!

The Blenman Inn is a lovely, historical treasure for all who enjoy architecture from the past. This beautiful home was such a delight and a great find to stay while on my visit to Tucson. The Innkeeper and assistants wonderful hospitality and friendliness make you feel right at home. My experience at the Inn was perfect in every way. After a long drive from Northern AZ, the Innkeeper was so gracious and able to accommodate a special request by allowing me an early check in to freshen up for a wedding I was attending upon my arrival. I stayed in the Rose room and every attention to detail was met including the amenities that came with the room that were so thoughtful! I can hardly wait to return for a longer stay and may select another room to experience and enjoy. You all are the best! Thank you all so very much! 💕

My family stayed two nights for a downtown wedding. It was a beautiful place for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. We had a baby and young children as well as siblings from both sides of the family. We all got to know each other over breakfasts and nightcaps in pajamas. We made great memories for our family at the Blenman Inn. Loved it.

I recently spent three nights at The Blenman Inn. The hospitality of the staff was incredible. From my late arrival to my changing schedule, I was impressed with their flexibility and friendliness. The Inn is beautiful, with many welcome amenities. The location is fantastic -- it's walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and museums. My daughter will be moving to Tucson; I'm looking forward to staying at The Blenman Inn when we visit her!

What an amazing historic inn located in Tucson, AZ! As a Tucson local, I decided to have a staycation for my partner's birthday. I had walked by The Blenman Inn many times but didn’t know much about it. We decided to book the Nichole Elizabeth Luxury Suite for a Friday night and later added an extra night, which was totally worth it.||The Inn offers convenient and safe parking, with an easy check-in process. Interaction with the owners was fast and seamless. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We found a lovely present waiting in our room upon arrival. The inn is beautifully decorated, with lots of history attached to the property. Its location is perfect, situated downtown right next to the Owl's Club—a very unique bar housed in an old mortuary—and a short walk to downtown restaurants, cafes, bars, and theaters.||The property boasts many amenities such as a pool/hot tub, grill, and a full kitchen in case you want to cook during your stay. There is an on-site caretaker who is extremely nice and fun to interact with. The inn also offers a nice selection of bar items, complimentary drinks, teas, and coffee. Breakfast items are set up awaiting you in the morning when you wake up.||I will definitely be staying here again soon and recommend booking early as they tend to be fully booked in the fall and spring.

The Blenman Inn was fantastic! Gorgeous historic building and rooms were beautiful and spacious. The swimming pool and hot tub was great to relax in. The staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly! The Inn was very clean and the breakfast was nice and there were drinks and snacks available all day. Location was great to walk to dining. Will come back again!
