Great hotel and perfect location at the corner of OSU campus. Valet is a cinch and hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Good food options as well between both restaurant/bars. Rooms are spacious and clean, always. If you are looking for a large suite for 3-4 people, just know only the Presidential Suite has an additional bathroom, so it can get a little tight otherwise. Overall it's a great place to stay when visiting campus and is priced well if you call far enough in advance.

Very clean hotel and very smooth running operation. Parking next door made things easy. Very comfortable bed. Easy check-in/out and Simon's had excellent food, wound up doing dinner there bc of my time crunch. Excellent service as well. 2110 had a decent breakfast buffet but their breakfast menu options are better.

The hotel is super convenient to all events happening on OSU Campus. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, I booked a room rate that included overnight parking/valet service AND breakfast.||||I realized that my bill had $35 for parking one night during check-out; and I had to request the meal tickets after I sat for breakfast and was instructed how the program worked by the waitstaff (as opposed to the hotel staff handing the tickets to me upon check-in). On both occasions the hotel staff were able to easily remedy the situation (and were happy to do so), but I am not sure if I had left the premises how easy the credits would have been to obtain.

We loved the location and easy access to the OSU campus, shopping, and dining! The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had an amazing view of the OSU stadium. The restaurant and gym were an added bonus and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Poor management. Didn't get room until 9pm. Had to change for an event in public bathrooms. Unacceptable. ||||Another stay alarms went off at 2:30 am. Climbed down 7 flights of stairs. No one had any answers…. Said malfunction on our floor only and had to climb 7 floors. College kids working with zero clue. ||||No mangers ever around.

Lovely, comfortable atmosphere. Convenient to the meeting setting that I needed to be in at OSU. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining room provided excellent service and staff was responsive to my requests. It was a pleasant stay especially considering it was a business event.

I really enjoyed this hotel as it was hosting an event that I was attending with my wife. The hotel is warm and inviting and located conveniently directly on Archie Griffin Drive. Easy access to OSU and downtown amenities.||||The rooms are large and spacious with a great style. Nothing earth shattering but a clear step up from run of the mill chains. Everything was clean and polished with a nice fridge tastefully hidden in a cabinet. ||||Our room had a large radio clock, phone, lounging chair, generous desk/table space, coffee bar, cabinets for storage, ironing board/iron, hairdryer, shaving mirror. Flat screen TV that was wall mounted but could be connected to act as a display. Bed is comfortable and has the squishiest pillows I have ever felt. Great views of campus as well. ||||It was not clearly stated that the room we would receive would be adjoining. Our neighbors were a bit loud and I could hear their conversation fully. They also sprayed perfume or cologne and I was treated to this smell for sometime. I would ask if your room is adjoining and ask for another room if so or upgrade to a better room.||||My big negative is the parking. The front area of the hotel is a nightmare to park at if you want valet or to just check in. Congested and on a busy street it is poorly conceived and managed. Cars all over with no drivers and hazard lights on. The valet option is confusing to figure out for first time visitors. I could not find anyone to valet, so I opted to self park as I wanted to be done with this and on to my room.||||Hotel assesses a parking fee but you will have to still pay a parking fee at the lot across the street. Parking at 3:35PM and leaving the next morning at 10:20AM netted me a $22 charge in 2/2025. I question why the hotel adds a fee to the room even when not using valet? It feels like at this price point that would be validated or a set rate? Very odd situation I have not encountered in large cities when staying at upscale hotels.

We were in Columbus on business and found this to be a very comfortable, well-located hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations and meeting spaces were tasteful and spacious.
