Growing up in the Chicago area and now living in South Florida, I’m always on the lookout for spots that remind me of home. This food truck absolutely hit the spot! Probably my new favorite spot when I come to the Keys! With a wife from Chicago and a husband from Philly, the food was packed with authentic hometown love.

I only wish I could’ve eaten more—and that they were open longer! Make sure to check their hours and plan ahead. This one is definitely worth working into your day!

Last Philly cheese steak i had was in Philly when I landed right before bootcamp in 1998. Let me tell you this spot blows that away. Delicious food, Bruce and Gina are awesome! You won't regret it!

So far, we have tried their Philly Cheesesteak, their Chicago Dog and the bratwurst, and they've all been fantastic! Next, we need to give the Italian Beef Sandwich a try... Cannot wait!

Bruce and Gina are kicking it out of the ballpark. They are the heart of The B&G Spot. I have told a lot.of my friends about their food truck as well. Its great seeing them do what they love to do.
I have tried the cheesesteak first and I was speechless! Best one I have ever had. Also, have had the beer brat, very awesome as well. Cannot wait to try the meatball! Their location is great for us and for key largo!
