We hired the Bar Cart for our outdoor wedding with about 80 guests. The solid wood table with the whiskey barrels was perfect for our reception and was super cute! The service was great and people are still talking about our signature drinks!

They recently did an open bar at my friends wedding. They were cutting people off way early in the night. No one was being belligerent. No one was being too much. Not even sure people were drunk yet the actual reception just started when they were cutting people off. I understand doing it to people who are going to drive home later in the evening but this was way to early to determine that and they were paid a lot of money to have an open bar. Kind of ruined the vibe for the reception cause people were barely able to get drinks. Moneys not worth it for these people.

As the bride, I was slightly disappointed with how this service operated for us on the night of our wedding. They cut guests off after 2 drinks that were clearly not over-served, then publicly announced to the mother of the groom in front of guests (five minutes after her son just got married) that she needed to pay them right then and there or else they would not serve drinks (even though it was previously discussed before wedding day that we were paying full cash the day of), the drinks were weak where we had guests mentioning it to us as the bride and groom, they ran out of soda water after 1 hour and had to get more, and we were also told that the male bartender on site that evening was very rude. All in all, there was a bar there, they served drinks, did their job and that’s why they’re getting 2 stars. But, we are very disappointed and honestly feel bad that our guests had to experience this poor service after we spent so much money for an open, professional bar vendor. I would be more than happy to elaborate on the treatment / situation that occurred during my special day if anyone needs further details outside of this platform, just feel free to ask!

I would give zero if it was a viable option. Instead I now have provide details of the treatment ; not the service. That didn’t exist. Your company was aware of the agreed payment arrangement on the event day. I did not need to be confronted by an employee five minutes after the ceremony for payment. That employee lacked all the professional skills needed to be working in this environment. Customer courtesy goes a long way and unfortunately so don’t low/bad reviews. Improve your customer service and you will hopefully be successful.

My husband and I hired The Bar Cart for his daughter's wedding on May 11th. The service and professionalism was amazing. Brian helped with all the details and the bartender ( sorry I didn't get his name ) was outstanding. Very personable and served everyone with a smile. The cart itself was perfect for the venue. I would HIGHLY recommend! 10/10
